I got 2 smoothies and the lid wasn’t on correctly causing me to spill it all over myself. Workers didn’t remake it and instead were just asking if I wanted to buy it again. I then went in the next day to see if I could get a refund for the drink I didn’t consume and was told no. I come frequently and was disappointed.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean, bright and welcoming. Menu choices are clear and the staff is knowledgeable about what they have to offer including substitutions. The machine was giving a hard time reading my GC and instead of getting flustered or annoyed the team began to trouble shoot the issue. After trying a few ideas Laxmi came over and figured it out! She was great! Great customer service skills. Def left with a smile on my face and a delish smoothie.

We’ve visited this location for a few years and our last visit was really great. The staff there were helpful with questions and choosing flavors. The team there now is friendly and chats with us. The young lady that talked with our 2 kiddos today (8/22) was very nice and thank you we appreciate it!

The fruit looked so gross it was almost bubbling from the heat it looked like it had been sitting there for a very long time. Used to frequent this location. My last visit confirmed my decision to not return. When I walked in, I witnessed a man trying to reach over the counter to grab a straw while the employee was standing in front of the straws and told the customer “there are straws over there” towards the exit. After I placed my order, the employee seemed to be putting ingredients in at random and kept stopping blending to pour tap water. The smoothie didn’t taste right, so I called and asked for a refund. He said the manager is the only one who can do refunds but he’s not here, and he doesn’t do refunds anyway. When I asked why the smoothie tastes different he said he “forgot dates” and that he can remake it. But when I came back in the store he was using different ingredients than he originally used, so it wasn’t just a matter of forgetting one ingredient. He handed me the smoothie and this time with a straw. This remade smoothie tasted correct, but this experience in addition to the reviews left during the same time period let me know to steer clear of this location. I now go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Oh yeah they trash, I literally drive from another state to come here. My smoothie is made, however I don’t like it and ask for it to be remade and he tells me no! On top of that I was going to pay for another smoothie and give more business.. he still said my smoothie couldn’t be remade. The supervisor wasn’t using any gloves changing the mix’s his uniform was dirty, and he was completely rude and unprofessional. It was my first time coming to smoothie king, only to receive this service. I am very disappointed!
There were no children around please stop lying. Nor was I using foul language, nice try! YOUR THE OWNER and YOUR uniform was dirty. The smoothie was gross and if I the customer don’t like it, then it should’ve been remade. Don’t respond as if I was some kind of crazy customer. Cursing around kids, just stop it. & create a better environment for PAYING CUSTOMERS. I didn’t want a refund I wanted my smoothie to be remade that’s it. It was my first time at smoothie king. (What an experience) and you were treating your black workers poorly. Please learn how to conduct a professional HONEST business. Wash your uniform and treat ALL people with respect. Customers and your workers. God bless
