The past 4 times that I have been here and also my co-worker as well, We’ve ordered the same smoothies over and over. The slim and trim strawberry smoothie, vegan nutty & raspberry collider. All 4 times the smoothies have been rushed to be made, they didn’t taste the same way as they have before, when asked to speak to a manager she said “ i guess I’ll have to fix it” and had an attitude the whole time, same manager EACH time too. Female with brown hair, the receipt says her name was Laura. But from working in restaurants before I know it’s possible of other people ringing on others registers so not sure if that was her name or not. However, Last Friday same incident happen again and now this morning AGAIN same incident same manager , same attitude, smoothies were wrong again, they argued about what We’ve had ordered when We come in and order the same thing EVERY Friday. The customer service has gone down hill very badly and I don’t even enjoy coming into smoothie king anymore. We try every Friday to see improvement in the customer service and smoothies but horrible customer service, rushing to make smoothies and most of the them are incorrect obviously isn’t being changed. It makes it hard as customers who used to love smoothies to keep coming back and hoping times would be different every Friday. If your employees hate their job so much they should be gone. The smoothie king in Waugh chapel is so much better customer service , even when busy they don’t rush to make smoothies to make sure they do it RIGHT. I go to the Severna Park location because it’s more convenient considering I live in Pasadena. GET IT TOGETHER SMOOTHIE KING!
