On Sunday, 2/8, I experienced unprofessional and inappropriate conduct from a younger female employee at this location. I arrived in uniform to pick up a paid delivery order and provided the customer’s name. The employee questioned my legitimacy, demanded to see my device, and after I showed it, stated she “had a bad vibe” about me despite no inappropriate words or actions on my part. I explained that I had not done or said anything to justify that comment.
As I was leaving, she stated—without adequate reason—that she would document the encounter. Within minutes, I received an unwarranted negative review from this store through my delivery platform. As a 100% disabled veteran who relies on this work for income, this retaliation was harmful, and the interaction left me feeling unsafe and discriminated against.
Delivery drivers play an essential role in fulfilling customer orders, and a basic level of professionalism and fairness from staff should be expected. I hope management addresses this matter promptly.

Good smoothie, trash location. They never have Any change, This comes at an expense of the customer. Can’t use cash. They don’t tell you any of this before showing up not even assigned at the door.
