$25 for 3 smoothies all were angel food two 32 ounce one a kids little angel added kale for 99 cent and she over charged me. I think she kept the money the third smothie I never got a receipt for it was a last minute add on. Lakrisha is the name on my receipt she was nasty horrible customer service I’ve ever seen and my kids love the smoothies there. I will only go next time veronica is there. So disapointed. I got the same smoothie and they didn’t look the same

I used the smoothie king app, and when I get to the store to pick up my smoothie. I am told that what I ordered isn’t available. So I asked for a refund and was told they don’t know how to do one and that there are others waiting for refunds also. What’s the point in using the app and no one calls to tell you that your item isn’t available to order. This is the 3rd time in 2 months and I still have not received my refunds at all. This place will no longer get my business.

If you need a healthy pick me up, then this is the place for you. I’ve never been disappointed with Smoothie King. I’ve purchased smoothies there on 5 different occasions and each time I was very pleasantly satisfied. They always put a hefty pre-measured scoop of protein powder in your smoothies if that’s what you ordered. They’re a young staff with plenty of smiles to go around. Their smoothies are delicious and their staff is prompt and courteous. I’ll definitely be getting more smoothies from Smoothie King in the future. In a scale from 1 to 5 I’m giving them a 4 and a half.

The smoothies are good, but just as all the other reviews are saying, the store is closed when it clearly says it’s open on the website, which is super irritating! I hope that this gets fixed soon because it’s the only smoothie place besides tropical smoothie (which is a good 25 minutes) that is in town.

Smoothies are great. Unfortunately, if I go here 10 times, 7 out of 10 they’re out of ingredients (frozen yogurt, strawberries, etc). You know, key ingredients used to make a smoothie. The other times they’re not open when they’re suppose to be open, blenders are broken, or only one person working during busy times (25 min to get a smoothie). Very very poor ownership. This is the same with the Waldorf location. The only thing consistent is the ownership. With that being said, I will only be going to tropical smoothie from this point forward. Very unfortunate. I wish I could give zero stars.

Brad is the only good employee this institution has. The only other employee I ever see just awkwardly stares at the door. If I come in when brad isn’t there not only can I not get a half decent smoothie but the girl working just sits there and stares at the door and won’t take my order. Brad has always made the best smoothies by far. I wish I knew the exact hours he was working as whenever he is not in there the customer service and smoothie quality is terrible.

I’d give it a 2.5 if I could, an average between the 5 for the product and the 0 for service. Note that o have only been going on Saturday mornings. Smoothies are great, pricing is not out of line and shop is clean, easy to spot and park at and interior is all right. If you had asked a year ago, I would have given the establishment 5 stars. The employee on Saturday mornings since then means that I have taken them off my usual rotation lately. First time I saw her there, headphones in both ears with music turned up “because she couldn’t handle the day without her music”. Note she was the only one there and it’s darn hard to order when the cashier can’t hear you. She also has a surly attitude to match. Apparently there were enough complaints that she doesn’t wear the headphones now, but the attitude attached got even worse now that there aren’t personal tunes.
Short version – Saturday mornings, if you can put up with a surly “why are you bothering me” attitude, the Smoothies are pretty good.

TJ’s Assembly
This spot is very average. Sometimes they get the smoothies right and other times they don’t. I have asked a couple times to please redo it. The manager isn’t friendly at or and doesn’t seem to want to be there. The other workers follow suit. Like most of these places, they need a better manager.

Smoothie was good but it took me way too long to get one and its because instead of having two people working during the busy times like in the past they now have one understaffed overworked worker having to make all the smoothies and order. Really poorly managed. It shouldn’t take longer than 4 minutes for a smoothie and i was waiting 3 minutes to be waited on, and then another 5 to get my smoothie made. Thats like 8 minutes total which I feel could totally be avoided but whatever.

I love smoothie king!!! It makes some of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. It has lots of options for if you’re on a diet or need a pre/post workout drink! They also have protein packed snacks and giant tubs of protein powder to make your own smoothies. ❤️❤️❤️ ✨
