2 employees that I could see when I entered. I was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. The wait wasn’t too long before I was helped. Placed my order, then waited for my name to be called. The store was neat and clean and well maintained. They have a variety of smoothies and smoothie bowls. They have a special on Fridays and have an app where you can earn points for discounts on purchases. Staff is friendly and helpful should you have questions about the products they sell. On Mondays they have a special 4.99 on 20 ounce smoothies.

Very clean inside. Convenient online ordering system. Drink was available by promised time. Employees didn’t acknowledge any of the customers who came in. Guess anyone could have come in and walk out with a to go order.
Taste is something of an acquired taste I’m sure. I didn’t expect just a strong protein powder flavor. I expected more of an actual smoothie…. But we try things once… If we don’t like it at least we know why.. Right? This is not my thing.. Not even if it was free.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The store manager seems to not care about the store maintenance or smoothie quality. Often times, me and my wife come in and see the employees slipping on what looks like a leaky faucet, as well as the blenders being always limited despite being the main point of smoothie king. When we asked the guy at the counter why there was only one blender working, he said they always break and the manager tries fixing them himself. Seems to not work, and i’m confused as why the smoothies aren’t a priority.

The smoothie was cup was overflowing and the cap wasn’t placed properly so it spilled everywhere in my car . I normally have good experiences at smoothie king stores but this was a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this location !

I wanted to order one of the smoothie bowls, and I tried to ask the attendant several questions. That didn’t go very well. She didn’t seem
very informed and advised me to “read the menu and come back when I was ready.” These bowls cost about $13. I wanted to make sure I got one that I was happy with.

Go get your $5 smoothies on Friday!. I have tried almost all of the variations of smoothies and the one’s that like the most are hulk chocolate and vegan mango kale!

The staff is friendly and professional, and the place has a great vibe. Definitely a 5-star experience—keep it up, Smoothie King, Manassas! I’ve tried nearly all the smoothie options, and my favorites are the Hulk Chocolate and Vegan Mango Kale.
