Great place. Sure the drive thru is closed sometimes and sometimes they close early. But the smoothies always taste on point. And who I assume is the owner is always friendly

Ordered a smoothie at ~ 8:22 PM, for pick up at 8:45 PM. Arrived at 8:50 PM and the entire store was closed. Went out of my way a bit to stop here and it was a giant waste of time and of course money for something I didn’t get.
Then, the employee who decided to close early sees me parked in front of the store, pulls up, and yells out her car window ‘what am I doing?’ as if I’m scoping the place out to rob it or something. I explain I was about to make a call (not realizing yet she was a SK employee),and realize I should ask “who are you?”
She explains the obvious, not telling me yet who she is, but states SK is closed. I then explain it’s 8:50 PM not 9 PM and she goes “well, sorry I’m the one who closed it”. She continued to tell me to come back tomorrow. As if I have nothing better to do then come back the next day for something I came to eat now. I also don’t live in the area. This is customer service at its finest.
It’s one thing if you close early, but to not even bother to call the customer who clearly placed an order prior to closing, who drove out of their way to get there, etc. is pretty bad. But to top it off, you then yell at them through their car window, as if annoyed, to state the obvious (store is closed…as if I couldn’t tell by the lights being off and the door being locked).
Maybe call ahead next time to check if they are closing at 8:38 PM or whatever time they might feel like.

Today at 11am ( very close to lunch time ) I had to wait about 20 min for my smoothie. Not sure what happened here but I’ll now go out of my way to other smoothie places because I can’t wait that long.
Not the young man’s fault that the place was busy and he couldn’t handle it, MGT needs to get him help if they don’t want to lose regulars.
Why do I have to wait longer because the drive in kept taking his time when I was here 15 min ahead of them??
The best part after waiting for
20 minutes ( while he made the drive in the priority ) upon completing my smoothie he realized it wasn’t enough to fill the cup, so he added crushed ice cubes to fill it. REALLY.
This location USED TO BE one of my favorites, I will never return.

Long wait… Even though its no customers in drive thru….. Smoothies are beyond sweet… Like a gallon of sugar was poured in…. But the strawberry pineapple energy was actually really good… The mango ginger tasted like a powder drink… I wont be going back… This place is more of a try and see for yourself type of spot

5 on taste, 0 on service. Arrive @ 8:46 and they close at 9 but tell me they’re closed. Ask for manager and she said same thing. I tell them I do reviews for juice bars and I get a lot of views and she’s all the sudden a sweet sweet manager. “Oh I didn’t say we closed” and starts blaming the first employee lol. Sorry service compared to the MANY Clean Juice franchises I review. Clean Juice is far superior. That’s how you lose a customer, a customer who travels the country expediting be and juices every day. One bad employee and bad manager can cost you millions and you’d never know it.

The staff is VERY polite and friendly. We showed up 10 minutes before they were closing and the girls cleaned most of the stuff already but they still took our order without a hint of irritation. I felt bad being one of those customers who show up right before closing. Nothing to complain about!
