I preordered on the app. On my way to pick up my order for my husband who just had surgery, I got a text asking for the 32oz smoothie. I wouldn’t usually say anything but I explained the situation to the woman working behind the counter (I didn’t ask for her name ♀️ but it was 8/11 around 12:27pm). She didn’t even flinch, she made a 32oz smoothie in addition to what we ordered for free. I offered to pay for it but she wouldn’t take it. It’s been a hard couple of days. I appreciate her generosity! Just wanted to give her a shoutout for being extremely kind.

I went here a few days ago, used a gift card, got told that there was nothing on it, used it online and truth behold it worked. Complained to my friend today and got told that she had once received an expired, sour tasting smoothie.

I was in the mood for something light for lunch . A smoothie sound like a plan. I never been here, nice place, the staff were very pleasant. I ordered a high protein smoothie ( bananas & almonds ) medium 32 oz. The perfect size, that should hold me over until dinner,very good.

By any means do not come here. I’ve come here in the past and it was great. Seems like theres a new staff, and they don’t seem to care about their jobs, let alone a unique customer experience. The cashier was very nonchalant, not audible and not very helpful with menu options (very large menu). I asked what “turbinado” was and she replied, “I don’t know, it’s like sugar”. When checking out i couldn’t even understand what she was saying due to her very low volume. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and I can say I’ll never come to this (Middletown) smoothie king again.
