Every single time on Friday , the same girl conveniently forgets to upgrade to the 32. Oz . I’m not sure if she is lazy or just thinks it is funny at this point. May be time to try a new smoothie place.

Great smoothies and enhancers. Vitamins, herbs, protein, Vegan options! Small area with handful of tables to go and sit with a smoothie, and also a bench outside too. Great location. Clean. Great customer service. Delicious smoothies. Plus they are on a mission to create cleaner smoothies by adding highly nutrional items such as wild blueberries. Also in cutting a lot of things out that we don’t need. Happy there are healthy, vegan and no added sugars, or harmful sugar substitutes. Always great opportunities to get cash off and even free smoothies!

I’ve been to the Branford Smoothie King location several times within the past year, it’s been a pleasant experience meeting the staff as they’re courteous, approachable, and helpful.
Recently, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed those people are no longer there. Now when I go in the staff working seems mundane, uneasy, an honestly rude.
Specifically , the man working the cash register, black framed glasses , short twisted hair , darker skin, looked miserable. He didn’t give a greeting nor spoke a single word ! I didn’t receive a receipt and he had a look of disgust on his face. The atmosphere felt uneasy. The staff seemed to be rushing and uncomfortable ready to get people out and there wasn’t many people in there store. I most likely will not be returning anytime soon. However the smoothie was still delicious , I miss the way it was. Wallingford will be my go to for now on ! They’re so kind and it feels good in the environment!!

The best neighbors I could ask for! Alexa is topnotch, great personality, and an absolute grinder! I get my protein shake after the morning gym and cheese and crackers box for the afternoon snack. Also helps drive some active people in who love outdoors and action sports!

Our experience was quick and efficient. Our smoothies were done basically by the time we finished paying and the staff member taking our order was polite. The smoothies were also great all across the board!

Went to smoothie king this morning for a smoothie, am not sure why Nolan S was mad but he looked like he didn’t want to be bothered, wasn’t friendly and the Attitude was bad, and on top of that my smoothie wasn’t done right because I have been coming to Branford smoothie king for almost a year now, and this morning my experience was unacceptable.
