Employee could not get off his phone to take my order, once I finally got my order taken I used the restroom which was even worse than the employee ignoring me while on Snapchat. This bathroom was not just gross looking but smelled so bad I had to leave the door propped open. They were out of soup so I asked for more and was informed they ran out a few days ago….. clearly this place needs new management to get them back on track.

Love Smoothie King, however each time I’ve been I’ve waited in line at the drive through for 30 plus mins for 1-2 smoothies! Every time our order is taken at the speaker then we sit at the window and wait only for them to ask us what our order is again. What the actual hell is going on!? I just don’t understand, whom ever owns this place needs to step in and figure this out. You’re losing money!

I asked for an almond berry activator. The employee looked at me like I was crazy and said we don’t have that (on the menu behind her). I gave up and asked for a large strawberry banana activator and I asked what flavor protein powder was in it. Again looked at me like I had 3 heads (had to look up what flavor). I went to pay and she stared at me blankly and then mumbled, “what size do you want?”. This is a repeated issue with this employee and lack of attentiveness to the menu and customer

We ordered two 32 oz Power Meal Slim smoothies and the workers asked us twice what our orders were and they still got it wrong. And today’s smoothie were uncharacteristically foamy. Very disappointed.

I enjoy their smoothies. However, the drive thru needs attention. Decided to go through the drive thru and there was someone ahead of me. No big deal. When it was my turn, the person at the drive thru said along the lines, “I’m not taking any orders right now.” Um, okay. I drove off because there was no explanation as to why or how long. Probably backed up on orders because there was a line. But basically refused to take another order. Went and spent my money somewhere else.
