Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve probably ever had and they didn’t hold back on packing it full of meat! Very nice couple! Delicious, HOT and fresh food! I will be visiting again soon!

This food truck was parked outside of a business today and I decided to stop in for lunch. I got the pulled rib sandwich with potato salad and the strawberry lemonade, 10/10 will be going back there for lunch again. The potato salad was fresh and full of flavor; the sandwich was the perfect amount of meat and sauce to bun ratio!

Savory hints of bbq were in the air as I walked up to the food truck. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwhich with a side of potato salad and a drink. I’m a hungry guy, and this sandwhich had plenty of meat. The spices and hot red bbq sauce added just the right amount of heat and sweetness to the smoky jerk spiced chicken. Do recommend.

Not only are Major and Dafnie kind and friendly, I was really happy with the side portion that I was given in my mac and cheese order. A lot of other food trucks have scant portions for their sides at the same price, and this mac and cheese was not only wonderful, but enough for me to have an actual lunch on a budget. Thank you!

Smooth Smoque BBQ is where it’s at!! As a first timer, I had the Jerk Chicken sandwich WITH the homemade white sauce and lays chips. The sandwich is savory with the right amount of spice to it. The white sauce gave it the extra razzle dazzle, but it is still good without it. The peach mango drink is so refreshing. I will be back and the owners are super nice. I would have added a picture but my sandwich has already been eaten. Yes, it was that good.

I can’t comment on the meat because they were sold out, but I’d say that’s a good sign. The sweet tea was the best sweet tea I’ve had from a restaurant or a food truck. And the potato salad was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious BBQ. We got the smoked ribs plate with smoked cabbage and baked beans. The bark on the ribs was phenomenal!! The smoked cabbage was delicious and the baked beans were tasty as well. We also got the pulled chicken sandwich and it was awesome. It was moist and flavorful. The owners, Major and Dafine were very kind and personable. They are doing a great job. Yall should go out and support them!!
