We enjoyed our lunch; loaded chopped potato and chopped beef sandwich; both tasty. The dining area needs updating; at least move out old empty display cases and modernize the menu board without masking tape. Very depressing place to eat. If I lived here, I would only do the drive through.

The Brisket was delicious and the Jerky sticks were the best. I should have gotten more for stocking stuffers… absolutely delicious. We’re so glad you guys were there, along our route back to Kansas.

This has been one of the joints that I have gone to since it was a meat market in front and sometimes they sold Barbecue in the back.
Great food at reasonable prices. In Austin, San Antonio or Lockhart you would pay double for the same amount of food.

I really like their chopped brisket sandwiches. I ask for fatty cut and they never disappoint. Every time I go here they are really engaging and seem truly thankful for your business. Just a chill environment to relax and eat some bbq. They also have a drive thru and take phone ins for orders if you don’t want to go inside. Plus Fridays they have the fried catfish plates

Service was quick & friendly. Potato salad & beans were BANGIN. Unfortunately, brisket nor chicken had any real smoke flavor & the BBQ Sauce left serious regrets in getting it instead of skipping. About 2 PM on a Saturday & only some brisket & chicken left available. Not sure if I’ll give a 2nd try or not after reading previous reviews basically stating my experience.

I had the catfish plate w/ jalapeño, hush puppies, and a side of which I choose the pinto beans. The catfish was good and the corn meal batter was crispy and tasty. The tartar sauce was OK but could be a lot better it lacked dill and other ingredients to make it pop. My coworker ordered the super combo and immediately tasted the lack of smoke in the brisket and chicken. BBQ sauce was immediately asked if you wanted after placing your meat order. why?? Put that stuff on the dining room tables, leave till the very end order, Or don’t offer it at all. All The staff was friendly and eating area was very bbq place style.

Absolutely the best dried sausage sticks in Texas and therefore the U.S.A.

Grab some if you are on the way to the beach or a fishing trip. Best protein on a boat! If you are smoking beers then I recommend the jalepeno sausage.

Slowest service in Cuero. Over priced for the wait. Card card machine is down or they are just to lazy to work it. Only BBQ in Cuero and they run out of everything by 2. They are just doing the bare minimum. Overpricing it so they can make it. Such a dumb business practice. Service is as slow as all hell

This was undoubtedly the WORST barbecue that I have ever had! The brisket was very dry and the potato salad was from the store. And very overpriced. I would never recommend them to anyone.
