Been coming to Smoky Mountain forever. The food is always pretty consistent. Faves like Sonoma chicken, teriyaki chicken alfredo, veggie alfredo. Yum, drinks always yummy. Always decent service too.

I would like to first state that the 3.9 stars that Google has is very deceiving and should probably be a 2.9 stars. The French Dip sandwich we ordered was very limited on meat, which for a meal that is around $17 you should have a more filling sandwich. The fries that came with the meal were like cold and mushy. The spicy chicken linguine had a pool of a water/butter on the bottom of the plate.
The restaurant could use an update of tables as the table we sat at seem to literally be on its last leg, and the booth was dirty with a straw and food crumbs in the cracks.
The good is that our server (Rosie) was amazing and she was on top of everything.
The chocolate cake was good; however, the ice cream was not the best, but you can tell they pre scoop the ice cream and freeze until they need it.

We sat at a table that was soooo sticky! It was just yuck sitting down. My hands stuck to the table right away.
I had a great server explaining how the varnish on the table was eaten up by chemicals…. (But that’s not his job to explain this companys mishap!!!!!). My server was awesome, he rewashed the table, just to make me feel better!!!
Manager/ owner both of you get it together and fix this crap!!!!!! ( It was never like this before. I know because I used to work here 8 years ago, when it was cared for…. Come on y’all!)
My son and I have been coming here for over 8 years for our birthdays, it’s very much a traditional thing, for us both to come on our birthdays.
And this time we were let down!!!!
Fix it!!!!!!! And help your servers! They would do better with the boss/manager focus on helping them and improving the restaurant! And tables not to be sticky!! Find better products to clean with!!!!
Do better managers!

Ordered from doordash tonight. Paid extra for chicken in my son’s pasta and there was no chicken. Also forgot his chocolate milk. Gave him half my $26 salmon to make up for it. My pasta was correct but kinda lame to give up the best part to fix a mistake I didn’t make. Food is really good. Work on accuracy of orders please.

Floors dirty & wet, table sticky. Restroom not stocked. Slow greeting & service. Understaffed. Servers stretched thin, working hard to keep up. My spaghetti sauce tasted out of a can, not well seasoned or developed.

Service was horrible. Didnt even get asked for desert. Barely checked on. Garlic bread was amazing along with the salmon. Unfortunately they had plenty of staffing to accommodate but completely fell short.
P.s. the mac and cheese is horrible…only thing I haven’t liked. I will stick with the salmon and hope its as good as the first time we went. Please talk to your waitresses as they need to understand the service aspect when it comes to customer service with their diners. Im normally a 20%+ tipper and she didnt even come close to it. Its unfortunate

A few days ago i placed $90 order, drove all the way to the restaurant, for them to say they didn’t have an order under our names or phone numbers. Then said that they asked all the employees if it was them that took the order and no one admitted to it. They then asked us if we had the right location. Yes, we verified the phone number originally called. i presume the guy taking the order was new (because when i ordered a sprite he said he needed to get his boss to see how to put in for a 2 liter…. when all i wanted was a fountain drink). They offered to start the order when we were there, but i don’t think thats the point. our time, gas and late night was wasted. very unsatisfied and unhappy with this location

Daniel was awesome. These days you don’t get a second chance to first impression. Our first time here and he took care of us. We will definitely come back after the service we received. Food was very good, hot, and fast.

This local favorite did not disappoint! Yummy food. The rajun cajun was spicy and flavorful. Big serving. The turkey club and ceasar salad, delicious! Best part of the meal was the pumpkin martini! Good food and fast great service. Highly recommend!
