Currently waiting on the remainder of our food. We have been sitting for over 1.5 hours. We are not impressed with the way this restaurant is ran, complete disaster. This is not a kid friendly restaurant. Food is wet on the bottom and the spinach and artichoke dip was a ball not a dip. There are more people waiting to be seated then there are seated. I would caution anyone to come to this Smokey Mountain on a Tuesday evening. The only positive is the waitress Amber was very nice.

Called them with an order and they said it’d be 30 minutes. I got here to pick it up and they said they just started on it it’ll be another 25 minutes. Be prepared to wait extra time for your food. Got my food and the fettuccine sauce it literally water. Fire the entire staff and the manager. Everything about this is complete trash.

A pleasant surprise! Dining is risky these days but I feel like the food was high quality, the waitstaff was friendly and experienced. The prices were fine and the atmosphere was just right. I don’t think I’ve eaten here in 10 years, but now I can say its one of few decent casual restaurants left.

Smoky Mountain is a great place to go for dinner. We’ve always had good service with friendly employees. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is casual. We’ve been to several in the Treasure Valley and we have enjoyed them all. Wait was minimal if any and the food has always been great. Their pizzas are a good choice as well as the salmon pasta.

Just dint order a chicken breast for 6 dollars and it was suposed to be plain but it is loaded with pepper first and last time ill be eating here. Ryan dissapointed the waiter said it’s a good size by the picture you can tell that was a lie

We were in town for a tournament and showed up with over 20 people on a Saturday night. We were honestly worried after having several bad experiences that same weekend in other restaurants. However, our experience was exceptional! Justin was our server and he handled everything with amazing patience and complete competence! The food was amazing too! Everyone loved what they ordered! We were all so impressed with how welcome we felt and how hard Justin worked to get all of our orders right! We all left feeling so grateful for our experience!

Last weekend, my family celebrated my mother’s 70th Birthday Party by reserving the banquet room. We had approximately 20 people in our party. There was no reservation fee for the room and the cost for the the amount of food we received per person was extremely reasonable. The room was big enough to accommodate our needs and allowed for people to move around comfortably and socialize if they wanted. Lauren, our hostess, had only been working there for one week. She nailed it!! Not only did our food come out on time, drinks were promptly ordered and delivered. If we had questions, she had the answers. She treated my family like hers. Excellent job Lauren an to ALL the staff!

We did a takeout order, so I can’t speak on the atmosphere too much since I only saw the entrance. What I did see was neat and clean. The staff member who helped me was friendly and helpful. The food just wasn’t very good, in my opinion. I’ve had far better food at most of the pizza places in the Treasure Valley.
