Olde town charm was a huge plus! Our food was fresh, delicious, and a great value for the price. Our waitress was wonderful and fun too! The decor was nice and gave a feel of history. Comfortable seating and clean .

Great time at this location!
Our group of 12 had a great time! The entrees were served in a timely fashion and we were given enough time to enjoy them before the main course. The drinks were served relatively quickly and the staff were friendly and approachable.
When we asked a staff member to take a picture of us, she obliged gladly and took amazing pictures of our group.
The ambiance was nice and the meals well cooked; this contributed to the great experience.
The parking lot had spaces available and we parked comfortably. The wheelchair accessible sign and the absence of steps would make it easy for a wheelchair or baby stroller to roll in.

Great customer service!! I’ve always been a fan of Smoky Mountain, but especially now. I ordered a large pizza through DoorDash. It was supposed to have jalepenos on it, but arrived with none. Maybe thinking they might offer me a future credit of a couple dollars off, I called and let them know what happened. Without hesitation, they offered to remake the pizza!! Love this place!!

I used to love coming to smoky mountain in eagle.Because of the atmosphere, the food and the service. After the last time I went and I got something to go I got home and I found big long hair in my food. That was less than two weeks ago.And I decided then that I wasn’t going to go back anymore. If you had asked me a year ago I would have given five stars across the board. However, after many times not getting my order correct. Or just being ignored? I don’t know maybe it’s because I’m a single woman. I decided I wasn’t going to go back
However, today I was out and about.And they have, when it’s on point a, really good lunch menu. I had noticed new faces, so I was hopeful.I sat in the bar area.Like I always do. The new blonde waitress, who had braided pigtails, was less than friendly. And after ordering what I always do which is the primo lunch special with a personal pizza salad and a drink?I asked for pestosauce on my pizza. Which is one of the offerings?They have it’s not a special request. And for some reason, more often than not they get it wrong. I guess i’m back to not going there for a while.Who knows maybe in a few months?It’ll get back to what it used to be

We really enjoyed coming here for the first time. Fast service. Angela our waitress was such a hoot.
She will even talk British to you if you ask nicely. She had great recommendations about the meal choices. The samples we had on our kitchen tour were scrumptious. Table 49 might have missed a few shrimp, plenty on there you probably wouldn’t have known. I did wear gloves. She did keep our drinks full as well.

We’ve been hitting Smoky Mountain regularly for a casual pizza dinner for 20+ years. Our goto is “The Smoky”–a delightful combo of pepperoni, red onions, green peppers, jalapenos and garlic. Almost always a top notch experience. But tonight’s experience warranted a review, which could have been avoided with a little manager attention (and training).
Our Smoky pizza had so much garlic that I was scooping globs off just to make it semi palatable. Unfortunately, so much was melted into the cheese that even scrapping off the excess couldn’t mitigate the overpowering garlic flavor. When a manager eventually inquired how our meal was, I let him know there was an extreme excess of garlic. I also let him know that we regularly get this particular pizza and it was waaaay more garlic than ever is put on, even pointing out the near teaspoon sized mounds of garlic I’d scrapped off. He was literally the proverbial “deer in the headlights” as though he had no clue how to respond to a complaint (and I was polite and made no requests, such as remake my meal). The best he could come up with was, “so, it is too much garlic for your liking.” Yes, he put the issue back on me. It was my fault for not liking piles of garlic mounds on my pizza. Very disappointed!
I know this was an odd experience, but like I said, they had the opportunity to solve this on the spot but didn’t, hence an unfavorable post.

Food was amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would. Friendly staff was able to get my shy son to open up, and which made the dining experience that much better. Will definitely be back.

I hadn’t been here in years and I am not sure why, because everything was fantastic. I ordered catering for a lunch meeting and WOW everyone was so happy and raved how about delicious everything was. Their catering packaging was very thoughtful. Customer service while ordering and picking up was great. Will definitely be back soon, and often!

It is good if you like burnt cheese We had only ate maybe 3 slices and never got asked if we needed anything OR if the food was OK. I even looked for someone to speak with there was nobody around After 10mins we left.
The server was a nice young girl but in such a hurry when we did see her.

We visited for dinner on a week night and had about a 20 minute wait for a table. The service was friendly but there was a wait between each step. We ordered lasagna and a calzone. Both were decent, but not our favorites.
