Decided to check this food truck out yesterday, and I just went back for the second day in a row.
The “Special” (can’t remember if it was weekly or monthly), was spectacular! I just finished their “Zombie” burger with a side of cheese bombs…and I’m already looking forward to my next lunch from their awesome food truck!!

What a little . We stopped here along our Trek out west. Food was fresh, fast, and delicious. Locals were very courteous. The country store is worth running through as well. Highly recommend to check it out.

We took a nice 15 mile ride on the Katy Trail for our 5 year anniversary today and stumbled upon these guys while stopped at Cooper’s Landing. We got the Cowboy, Banh Mi Smash, and Street Corn Fritters. I gotta say it was one of the if not the best western burger I have ever had, the Banh Mi burger was AMAZING and the street corn fritters were also a total hit! She even threw in some of their homemade pickles for us to try. They were so friendly, the food was so creative and delicious, my only dissatisfaction would be the price (about $15 per sandwich and $10 for 6 fritters), but even still I feel it was worth it. I will definitely be on the look out for them set up in CoMo in the future!

Absolutely delicious!! First timers today! I enjoyed The Cowboy smash burger & better half enjoyed The Firecracker smash burger!! I didn’t know what we were missing!! If you have the chance, definitely check them out!! Fire ! Will definitely be going back!!
