I’m from Mississippi yet I’m here visiting. These are the best ribs I’ve had in my entire 32 years! Customer service was on point! You can smell the aroma from the road. If you pass it you’ll make a u turn! I wish this was 24 hours. Bbq so good it’ll make you want to slap your mama. I will be back for sure!

A food truck that knows how to cook some delicious food!!! I’m on a birthday food tour. LOL and this was worth my money & time. The meat was so tender and flavored just enough with or without barbecue. The coleslaw and potatoe salad was made to perfection. All around A-plus. We will be back.

I’ve been here before and I always get the ribs with honey barbecue sauce. And I always get something sweet no matter what it is it’s always amazing,!
Today I decided to try their sides… Macaroni and cheese to be exact.
Apparently the macaroni and cheese is higher in price than their other side which I did not know until I got ready to pay. It might have said it on their menu which was posted on the front of it but it was typed out very small so maybe I just didn’t see it ♀️
So I wind up getting two rib dinners for me and my daughter which came with two sides we decided on double macaroni and cheese…(remember I told you there was an upcharge for the Mac)
I was expecting my bill to be around $29 but I was shocked when she said 39$!
So I said this must be some good macaroni and cheese! You know for that price
Let me just say this.. if you’re going to get any sides definitely DON’T get the macaroni and cheese. If you are expecting homemade authentic macaroni and cheese it just was not giving that. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME PRICE AS EVERYTHING ELSE IT WAS NOTHING REALLY SPECIAL ABOUT IT THE PORTION SIZE WAS EVEN SMALL.
I also got the banana pudding and a slice of strawberry cake! Like I said the sweets are always amazing almost better than the ribs
But this is a special place I think next time I’m going to try the chicken or maybe even a mullet sandwich
I think this place is definitely worth a try I gave this place three stars but I would have gladly given it five stars if the macaroni and cheese tasted better.

Best BBQ in the South, hands down. Every detail possible is taken into consideration when making the food. The staff is courteous, quick, and amazing. The BBQ sauce selection is wide and they do not skimp out on putting it on there. The fries are made to order and at the perfect point. There is seating available and it is comfortable. Smokin’Lo’s is amazing comfort food and I would drive hours just to visit it. You will not be disappointed.

OMG! If you like BBQ, look no further. It’s here, right here on Tharpe Street. This Dynamic Duo cook up some savory and sweet. Ribs and Chicken were awesome, beans delish and the cake a delightful finish to the meal. They have a lot more choices than just BBQ including catfish and wings. Approach the window, you’re flashed a beautiful smile and a friendly greeting, place your order, pay your bill and then sit back in one of the lawn chairs under the tent and wait for your order… your patience will be rewarded!

I also ordered another Rib dinner with fries, (2)Potatoe Salads, and Mac-N-Cheese. The total costs around about $33 but honestly not worth it taste wise.
First, the side portions are bite size and taste bland almost straight out the package especially the beans. I dislike to give such a review; however, this place is very overhyped for some reason. I expected different but not this yet another disappointment.
