I camme twice this week ecause Ive heard raving reviews about the food specifically the burgers. Well, when I got here, boy was my experience everything but what I expected.
I ordered a burger and asked for it to be prepared medium well. While there were t of us in the building, only two of us were eating. My burger came out 35 minutes later, burnt and dry. I assume the wait time and burger was just a fluke, still tipped and promised id be back to try again.
Second time, I order a turkey bacon sandwich and the bread and bacon was burnt. So was my dates. We couldn’t finish our food and while I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews, I did think it was important to share my experience.
When I asked the server for more bacon she explained he tends to burn food. I was in awe when she said this but tried not to show it. If you all know this, why keep him employed? I digress.
I won’t be back and for reference i posted a foot of just the bacon. Still, all 3 meals were overcooked and not pleasant to eat. I won’t be back.

We had a great time visiting Smokin Joe’s when we were there for the game.
The bar staff were just wonderful in the atmosphere of the bar was that of a local pub for people that live in the area.. The only food we sampled were the tater tots and they were, great. Pretty hard to screw up potato tot, I know, just saying, they were really good. We didn’t get the chance to try the garlic parmesan but that’s next on our list. Until next time.. 🙂

Great little dive bar. Found this place on Google Maps and saw good reviews, so we decided to check it out. The reviews definitely hold up. Service was great. They have good selections on tap and a ton of various canned beers on the display behind the bar. The food was great and for a good price. I had the BBQ rib wrap and the flavor was excellent, nice and cheesy, BBQ wasn’t overpowering the rib meat really made the meal. Plus for a $1 upcharge they gave a ton of fries. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and love the decor. Would definitely recommend this place.

Surprisingly good!!!! Went in with high hopes after reading reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Was a little hesitant after waking in and there only being about 3 people at the bar, but the barber was AWESOME. She was very chatty, helpful, fast and friendly. Ordered the chicken taco app and out was phenomenal, would eat that as a meal anytime. Beer selection is off the charts good.
