All the lettuce was bad, sold out of a lot of things and the pre-made salad my wife purchased has the same bad lettuce and vegetables in it. The young lady that took our order was kind enough to let us know all the lettuce was bad before we made the order. But they premade salads using the same vegetables and stuck them out in the store for people to buy. I don’t know how that makes sense but that salad was cheap to end up on the trash. You may wanna checked the cold storage cause somethings wrong. Otherwise we love this place.

Waited two hours for it to be delivered. When it FINALLY arrived, the two pizzas were room temperature and the cheese was stiff. My husband called and spoke to a manager who told him to call the next day to talk to a different manager. The second one claimed she couldn’t find an order under my husband’s number (he called on his phone) and that she would look into it. Called back today and they claim that there was “no way the pizza was cold as it was made right before it went out.”
It was cold. And we waited two hours… for it to be delivered cold.
Management and whoever answers the phones is rude if you have any sort of complaint as well. 2 hours for a medium cheese and a medium pepperoni on a Tuesday evening is insane enough. It could’ve at least been hot.

I was driving back home from a trip (I live in Lakewood)and passed this cute little store and decided to stop for a snack. OMG!!! I got the chicken tenders and potatoes with ranch. Prices were insanely good, chicken was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, and the potatoes were seasoned to perfection. I was blown away. On top of that,the staff working last night were so incredibly friendly. I would drive back here from Lakewood for the food and customer service any day. I wish we lived closer….lol. Places like this are a hard find now of days….what a gem.
Also if someone could comment the brand of ranch or the recipe I’d appreciate it….lol. The best ranch I’ve ever had.

We used to love ordering from here. However their prices have gone through the roof. And I mean more than any other local pizza business. They used to have good wings. Now they’re tiny and broken, but they still charge you nearly $17 for 12 when I can go to the dollar store and buy a bag of gluten-free ones with about 15 in the bag for $9.99. Speaking of gluten free, they used to do the gluten-free crust at a dollar more than a regular medium, and then $1.50 a topping. Now the toppings are much more steak or chicken. You can count on $4 or more. Mushrooms $2? For some reason if you want a specialty pizza on gluten free, they’re incapable of making it. Or if they do, you’re looking at about $26 for a chicken bacon ranch on gluten free. Forget meat lovers or anything else. The centers are always soft on gluten free. Apparently they don’t know that you have to put it through the oven once or half way through, and then put the toppings on it and bake it. Salads start at $13 for anything more than lettuce. It’s a real shame they used to be quite good. Would not recommend it anymore.

I order from Smokin’ Joe’s all the time the food is amazing and they have great staff but recently there have been some delivery difficulties, the other day I ordered a one pizza at 4:30 PM and it did not arrive at my house until around 8:00 PM. That’s absurd fix this issue immediately.
