This place was AMAZING! Elote to start was BEYOND. We had ribs, chicken and pulled pork sliders. The sliders were our fave but all 3 were awesome. They will do a yummy summer beverage AND dessert…it ends up feeling like you’re getting a 6-course meal. They were so responsive and easy to coordinate with…and we’ve got leftovers for days. Highly recommend for great BBQ in Vegas!!!

Recently hired Chef Sean and Paula (mom) for an event, catering for 20 people (a client) at a race venue in North Vegas. The food choice options they offered had a lot of range for us to work with, pricing was very fair and customer service was outstanding. Here’s a quick take on each
The food-reviews from the attendees was very excellent (sides, main course and dessert). The real highlights were the coleslaw, cucumber salad, pulled pork and the by far the biggest hit, was the banana cream pie! Chef Sean’s passion really came through-you can really tell in talking with him that he lives for people enjoying his food creations.
The pricing-was right on point for what you get, but especially given that had we not had catered, we would have been looking at the same pricing to purchase lower quality food at the race venue.
The service-as important as any other aspect in a great food experience, was the level of service and detail both Paula and Sean gave us in coming up with food options suited to our liking, plus delivery to the site (on time and perfectly packaged).
Additional-given that we were not local (coming into town for the event) and had not a chance to first experience the food, you could say that we were taking a bit of a risk (food choices can make or break you with a client). But, from the first conversation and throughout the planning, both Paula and Sean gave me a great sense of calm that they could deliver upon promised. They far exceeded my expectations and executed well on every level, so I highly, highly recommend them.

I’ve had 2 parties catered by them so far and my friends still talk about how good the food was! First time I ordered 2 trays of mac & cheese with pork belly, so incredible. He packaged the meat on the side for me because I have a vegetarian friend, also. Second time around we got pulled pork, elote salsa, sauces, buns, he really hooked it up for me! He even gave me some shredded cheese for our sliders. The pulled pork was so good, best I’ve had in Vegas by far. Will be coming back for my next event!

I contacted Paula about catering lunches for a small, two-day event for about 15 people. She was extremely helpful throughout the process, doing everything possible to make the process easy for me.
At the event, Paula and Sean both delivered the food, served, boxed up the leftovers for us, and cleaned up.
The food was amazing! To say we had sandwiches does not do justice to the spread prepared by Sean. House-prepared smoked meats, homemade sauces and condiments, salads, deserts were all incredible, and they brought a huge amount of everything.
I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Smokin’ Good Bistro.
I highly recommend them!

Chef Sean and Ms. Paula of Smokin’ Good Bistro were so wonderful to work with. They catered an event for us for about 35-40 people. Not only was the menu affordable, but it was also some of the best tacos we’ve had in the area. Chef Sean’s menu was original and fun, and our guests couldn’t quit raving about all of the food. I’d recommend this team to anyone, especially those looking for a unique twist on Taco night!

Easily some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The sausage is all hand made and the flavor shines through. They were so friendly and the quality of all of it was incredible. Chicken, brisket, and ribs were superb. Can’t wait to eat more. Highly recommend.

Best BBQ pulled pork I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. Chef Sean also musters up one delicious BBQ chicken sandwich, in fact arguably one of the best you’ll ever eat in sin city. Food orders are easily available online for pick-up, everything was fresh, well packed, on time and if I haven’t already said it enough, quite tasty! If you’re like me and love all things BBQ, give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

I am from out of town and used the catering service for an event I was hosting locally in Las Vegas. They went above and beyond for us! They were really easy to coordinate with, super responsive, fun and positive. The food was delicious and made from scratch. Especially the muffins, rolls, meats, and cheeses. Yum! One of our participants told us the corned beef reminded him of his childhood. We couldn’t have been happier. I filled up a box of leftovers and ate it for days. If I am ever in vegas again, i will be making a trip there 🙂

Absolutely stupendous!!! From the moment food was ordered until we were complaining about being too full to eat any more (but secretly stealing more bites) everything to do with the Bistro was fantastic! You MUST try the Mac and cheese, the sandwiches, and oh man, the fruit salad!!! Wow wow wow. EAT HERE!!!

We ordered from Smokin Good this past weekend for a business Retreat.
The customer service was fantastic with prompt replies and they were very accommodating to our needs.
The food was amazing, and the portions were very very generous.
The wonton tacos were perfect, and everyone was raving about the homemade lemonade. I even overheard someone saying they wanted to bathe in the Broccoli slaw… it was that good!
Overall 5/5, would highly, highly recommend Smokin’ Good!
