Being from Texas I’m a bit biased on what BBQ should be but let me tell you, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The brisket is tender, juicy, and full of smoked flavor. Crispy fresh fries each time. And their spoon corn bread is perfect! I love coming for lunch. 7-15 min wait but its well worth it. Jen is great with customer service and the food is always hot.

Pros: I will say the brisket was not lacking in flavor. It was quite delicious. Congrats to them for the recent award! I can also appreciate the brochette buns they use for the brisket sandwich. Cons: it would have been nice to have the bun warmed. It was cold bringing down the temp of the meat. I also wish they offered some sort of sauce for the sandwich (bbq perhaps) instead of just bun and meat. The baked beans were a bit too sweet for me. But I will try them out again to see about the rib tips.

NOW I’M GOING TO BE HONEST WHEN IT COMES TO NEW PLACES. SMOKIN’ E’S I WENT TO YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED.. THE RIB TIPS WERE TENDER, FALLING OF THE THE BONES. The place smelt amazing from the parking lot! Greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The menu is simple, but has all the good stuff. Ribs, brisket & rib tips were amazing, great smoke flavor and very tender. The spoon cornbread was fantastic, sweet & good texture. Highly recommend this spot!

Love love love this place! Seriously one of my favorite bbq joints! The owner is so freaking nice! They take pride in their work! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Ribs fall off the bone, pulled pork melts in your mouth , Mac and cheese is delicious. Corn bread is too die for. Highly recommend

Nice staff and I like the outdoor seating. Please note that it is outdoor seating only on wooden tables and benches. Nice atmosphere and solid bbq. Brisket is only available by the sandwich and not by the pound.

This is privately owned, with the hospitality and quality food to match!!
I have a few allergens and the owner met every standard to make sure, not only that I was safe, but that I had food to eat so that I can be full, too! She was very kind and the food was absolutely delicious. There was room for my boy to run around while waiting for it to be prepared. We had brisket, baked beans, some fries, and their homemade sausage! Each one was finger lickin good!
We are traveling but will share with those that we meet and our family in Indiana

Had to share a picture of the ribs I got tonite, after I had a bite first. Fast, friendly service and fries this gluten free girl can eat! Do yourself a favor by going there and support local business at the same time…you won’t be disappointed!

Great little place tucked away next to DQ — stopped for lunch, the owner is super friendly with a big smile. I had the brisket with a side of Mac and cheese, and spoon bread (aka corn bread) this is a down south recipe you have to try when you stop in this spoon bread it’s amazing.
