Coming from the BBQ capital of the world, called Texas, I have been spoiled by the world’s best. So I was doubtful this place has brisket good enough to compete with good ol’ Texas Barbecue. These Bros surprised me. The sliced brisket was very moist and tender. The flavor was good but not as good as Texas. Maybe it was the wood. Not sure, however, if you want really good brisket, this is the best in town. Probably in Ohio.
The ribs and sides were also good. I need to go back and do a total review.

We got the meat trio (brisket, rib, and pulled pork), mac and cheese, and cornbread. Overall solid. The barbecue sauce was great, without it I thought the food could have been a little more seasoned. The brisket was pretty tender, ribs were seasoned well. Mac and cheese was pretty good too. So was the corn bread.
I would say the meat trio wasn’t worth the price, little less meat than i would have liked for $22. However the mac and cheese and corn bread were really well priced.
Someone in our party waited quite some time just for mac n cheese and cornbread. Service otherwise was fine and the man who seemed like the owner was very kind.

I was craving some BBQ and decided to try a few things as it had been a long time since Ive had anything from Smokin bros. Picked up right before close and I wish I would have just made food at home…. The pork and cornbread was ok. The brisket was a literal pile up pulled fat in a cup. I’m no stranger to good brisket and this was very far from it. Also got some mac which was gritty and looks nothing like any photos posted. Spent $30 on dinner and now I’m stuck making food for the family. Not sure when this was #1 but it ain’t anymore.

I found Smoking Bros by accident driving by. They have a full-service restaurant just behind/beside the Chinese restaurant.
The place was clean and their customer service was great. Two friendly guys were working to get my food on a plate quickly. I asked one of the gentlemen what kind of slaw they make (I don’t care for the long/thick cuts of cabbage), and he gave me a sample of their small, fine cut slaw and it was delicious.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich (chose the Carolina vinegar sauce), mac and cheese, coleslaw, and corn bread. Everything was fantastic!
I highly recommend Smoking Bros if you’re looking for real, smoked BBQ in a friendly and clean atmosphere.

In town for the 4-day dog shows at the fairgrounds. Four of us had great brisket sandwich dinners with baked beans, mac & cheese, slaw, corn bread. We had the traditional sauce, mine with a double shot of habañero in my sauce. We were given generous portions of brisket. The two owners were very friendly and enjoyed talking about dogs with us! A++++

Tried this for the first time last weekend. We typically eat at Old 30 because it’s much closer to our home. I even told the guys working that same thing. They were very nice and asked my opinion on the local BBQ. They want to know and serve the best they can. And it was very good. They definitely take their time to cook and know what they’re doing. I only gave 4/5 stars for the atmosphere because it was fairly empty. I think most of their customers do carry. Or it seemed that way. And that’s what I did. The food was very well priced. It’s almost impossible to feed 3 people under $10. But we were able to. And we got a side of Mac and cheese. Also very good. Anyone who is in the area should give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

Tucked away in the corner lies the best BBQ spot I’ve had. I’m very picky when it comes to a good amount of sauce and meat, not to mention sides. The guys here were super respectful, inviting, and courteous. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be back and take some to go!

This might have been the driest brisket I ever had, there is no bark or juice, very disappointed. The fact that a local spot cant beat a chain restaurant like city bbq is sad.

Friendly and helpful owner! Yummy food. It was a little cool in the dining room but other than that everything was delicious! Thank you and we look forward to our next visit!

Went for a drive today to Mansfield to check this place out. Locally owned restaurant. Decided to try the trio sampler. 3 ribs, 1/4 lb of pulled pork and brisket. Ribs had loads of meat on them and we’re cooked perfectly where they had just a little tug to them. The pulled pork was so succulent, OMG!!! I asked for a little fat on the brisket, it was so tender and juicy. Flavor from the cherry wood was so good. They have two sauces. One traditional with 17 ingredients, delicious. They also have a Carolina which typically I don’t even try but they insisted, probably the best I have ever tried. The Mac n cheese was made with twisted noodles and a ton of cheese and very thick, not baked, off the charts for non baked Mac n cheese. The baked beans were delicious, very thick with real pork/brisket and brown sugar in it. Cornbread was sweet and very dense. Super flavorful. Talked for quite a bit with the owners, Dan/Denise. They truly care about the business. You can tell by the quality and care they have put into their product. If you’re remotely close to the area and don’t come to check it out, sorry about your luck. You are definitely missing out. I’ll definitely be back. Now that I’m in a food coma, nap time.
