The atmosphere is great at hoppers and the wings here used to be amazing. They used to be our favorite in salisbury but they just aren’t anymore. They are never crispy. They did not taste fresh. Tonight there was barely any sauce on them and they were so tough and chewy. We had 7 flats and 23 drums in an order of 30 wings. They should be equal amounts or close to it unless it is otherwise requested. We were really disappointed. These wings are too expensive to not be good. This is the 3rd or 4th time the wings have been like this.

Wonderful experience!! We went in for the ribs but they weren’t ready. We ended up ordering the burnt ends, french fries, chicken wings and cornbread muffins.
The burnt ends were great! Very tender and flavorful!
The chicken wings were paired perfectly robust flavor and spiciness with just the right amount of sause.
In one word the cornbread muffins were Perfect!

Wings have gotten way smaller then they use to be and prices have sky rocketed. I got wings and none of them were even the size of a regular wing. They were smaller then chicken nuggets. It’s stupid, I use to enjoy this play but past couple times I went the wings were very very tiny and expensive. Not like it use to be at all

It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten here and in the past the food was pretty good. I usually get the tacos, but today I decided to try the special, fish & chips. Well that wasn’t really a win. The fish was like a Gordon’s fisherman fillet but the fries were decent. The staff was really nice and my food came out pretty quick, but I’ll stick to the tacos for sure.

Excellent BBQ. I grew up in midwest, I know brisket (& burnt ends). This is real good brisket & top notch burnt-ends! Great to have on the peninsula. We love the side-winder fries and decent mac n’ cheese. Beans were great as well. Family enjoys the BBQ pork sandwich, 3 types of sause as well.
Kids can play, have fun and adults can get a beer or wine from the tap house.

It is part of a Food Hall type venue. When we arrived this and the pizza/burger spot was the only venue open. The eating area is an indoor area with picnic table style tables and fans. No air-conditioning, but the industrial fans help keep it cool.
As for the food, I thought the fish tacos were awful. I should have known better to order fish from a BBQ joint. But I was hopeful when the cashier said it was good.
French fries were great though.
I understand water & cups cost money, but perhaps it should be noted somewhere that it’s $1.00 per cup, as it’s customary for ice water to be complimentary.

I absolutely love this place. The food is simply amazing. I drove an hour half just to come eat here that’s how good it is. I recommend the brisket and the baked beans with the brisket in them delicious . I’ve never gotten bad food from this place even when it was a food truck. Kudos to Nick and his wife. I would recommend your BBQ to anyone!
