Been here several times now at different times of day and I cannot express enough how good the experience is. The Food is always fresh, seasoned well and enjoyable. I love the hamburger steak with gravy and onions, mashed potatoes, & green beans. Don’t forget a nice cup of fresh sweet tea yum! I cannot speak to all the employees because each time I’ve been I saw Shelby & David only. They are very kind and welcoming. David usually has a good station playing softly in the background, so you get to enjoy your meal with some music. Just barely loud enough to hear to get you singing along. Although they are sharing a space with a convenience store it is clean and tidy. If you want an affordable meal, that tastes great in a warm atmosphere, you should definitely stop in at Smokey’s.

Best burger we have eaten in a good while, I haven’t had the Smokey Dog yet, in due time. Highly recommend this place. The price also is almost unbelievable, real food at a fast food price… less even.

Smokey’s. Is inside a store. But has really great hamburgers. And excellent hamburger steaks. The cashier is very friendly and polite. It is a small simple establishment with some of the best burgers in sylacauga.
