Place is great. BBQ is so good and the ribs come off the bone. Came here on a whim. I already knew this place was going to slap from how the building looked and the smoke billowing out. They will cut the bbq to your liking which is a huge plus to me because I don’t always want my BBQ pulled and shredded. With any plate comes with pickles, coleslaw and 2 pieces of bread. Nice touch. I usually only go to BBQ places for the meat so I can’t comment on their actual sides but my parents loved the Brunswick stew a lot. People behind the counter are really nice and friendly. You can even see them cooking/smoking the meat which is always cool. Only thing next time is I’d ask for the sauce on the side, I really wish I could just taste the meat by itself and wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw. Other than that highly recommended!

The staff is friendly. I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived. My favorite menu item is the Que Potato w/bacon. You definitely get your money’s worth because I always have leftovers

My potato seems like it was over cooked, like it’s 2 or 3 days old. Definitely not a fresh baked potato. I don’t like old baked potatoes and obviously us customers can tell, look at the reviews. It simply is not fluffy!

I went there got to chip sandwiches they charged me $5 and some change for the same size sandwiches that you can go to 13th Street andpay 1.99 for and then half of my sandwich didn’t even have meat on it I was at work and not able to take my sandwich back down there to get it replaced they told me to hang on to my sandwich until I can get back down there to replace it I was really unhappy with the the rudeness of the guy that works there

Pretty great. Totally local, family-run BBQ joint. It’s a different kind of barbecue than I’m used to, coming from South Florida where everybody has sweet redish brown barbecue sauce. It was delicious. I recommend the bite-size chunks, they are the perfect balance of meat/barbecue in that style.
