Ordered through DoorDash. Nothing special. The fries taste like the frozen Walmart brand. The Mac n cheese was not it, bland and no flavor. The brisket was a decent portion, but I used my own BBQ sauce at home. On top of that, they forgot to give us 2 sides. 3/5 solely because of the portion, beyond that, it needs improvement.

It’s a parking lot. Enough of the before pictures. Let me tell you the bones and cartilage on the ribs required no work. It just fell off and the ribs were really that good! Nice people generous portions not bad for a warm November evening with nothing to do. I told her not to mess up that rib recipe! My rib places are Mac’s and BurnCo but this was a great stop. Riding a motorcycle had to pull in because I could smell it. I think these guys would probably make a great catering option also!

Paid $18.50 I believe for this, a side of Mac and cheese and a coke. I was disappointed. It was filling but the Mac and cheese (not pictured) was dry and the nachos we’re on just chip crumbs. To me nachos are on actual chips and I felt like it was not actually nachos. For the price you pay, I would’ve like their to be chips and the Mac n cheese to taste fresh.

While working in Bartlesville I got hungry and noticed Smokey Joe’s BBQ trailer was open, so I decided to give it a try. In true fashion, I went with the 2-meat plate and two sides: sliced brisket, pork ribs, mac and cheese, and potato salad.
Portion sizes were generous—plenty of food for under $20, which is a solid value. The ribs were the highlight: smoky, flavorful, and even better with the BBQ sauce on the side. The sliced brisket, on the other hand, was underwhelming and reminded me more of roast beef than true brisket.
As for the sides, the potato salad tasted like something you’d pick up from Walmart—nothing special. The mac and cheese, though, was delicious: thick, cheesy, and comforting. I even mixed in a little BBQ sauce by accident, and it turned out to be a great combo.
Overall, Smokey Joe’s scratched the itch for some BBQ, but it didn’t completely hit the mark. I’d give it 3.4 out of 5 stars. Next time, I’ll swing by their actual restaurant in Nowata to see if the full experience lives up to the name.

Stopped by Smokey Joes after a funeral I was I. Town for. Ordered the brisket sandwich with 2 sides. Husband got the 2 meat dinner. It came to $34. Sat in the car to eat and my brisket was almost ice cold as was the cowboy beans. And they forgot my Mac n cheese so my husband went back up to get it. I couldn’t eat cold food that I paid $34 for so we drove home to Tulsa. Husband warmed his food up but I just got something else. Disappointed.

Food was inedible. I ordered a half slab of ribs and my dad ordered a hot link sandwich. The ribs were not cut, they were so tough that I couldn’t even chew and swallow them. My dad’s sandwich was ice cold… the meat came straight out of the refrigerator. He took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore.
To top things off, the two girls that were working immediately left right after they handed us the food, so we couldn’t even go get our money back. This was 3PM on Sunday Nov, 9th. Definitely the worst bbq experience I’ve ever had.
I would like my money back. If no attempt is made to rectify this, I will file a complaint with the health department.

My husband and I have just moved to Bartlesville. We don’t often stop at food trucks, but we stopped at one parked outside Washington Park Mall in July. It was Smoky Joe BBQ and my husband was over the moon.
We came back the next week and it wasn’t there, but eventually found it in front of Lowe’s!!! Yippeee. My husband makes it a weekly event.
However, the last 3 times were bad. I called and talked to owner, who is wonderful. The owner made it good and fixed the problem.
We went there today, in front of Lowe’s, and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional again, the service was above and beyond great, and I gave the atmosphere a 4 only because it was raining.
Bartlesville should appreciate this food truck!!!! We do!!!

Ordered off door dash, this place is amazing! I don’t typically like Mac n cheese but it was a craving that was definitely hit by this place! The ribs were a little tough but not bad still really good! They were out of sliced brisket 🙁 but their chopped brisket was great and full of flavor! Overall a really good experience, loved that they told me they were out of stuff so I got to pick another meat from text through door dash! Amazing service and food, will definitely be returning! Ohhhh and everything was still fresh and piping hot by the time door dash got it to me also!

I got the 3 meat meal with ribs, pulled pork, chopped brisket, cowboy beans, and deviled egg salad. It was the best bbq I’ve ever had, food took less than 5 minutes to get out and on Fridays they even have a $15 three meat meal. Lots of food choices!
