Food here was pretty good, although on the pricier side for what you get. I was a bit disappointed in the onion rings, didn’t seem much for the high price. We got the 1/4 lb BBQ chicken and smoked brisket grilled cheese. Both were pretty good. It took awhile to get the food, but our server was friendly and nice.

Decided to come here because it was something we haven’t had yet. The sampler pot thing was delish. Only thing I’d say about it is the charcoal smoke underneath. It was neat and helped give the atmosphere but blew a bit in your face while eating. Still pretty darn cool though. If I’m ever in the area again I’d come back for sure. Our waitress was also on spot.

I had the pleasure of being served by Meisha at Smokey Bones in Westchester, and I can honestly say she made the whole experience top-tier. From the moment we sat down, her smile lit up the table. She was warm, welcoming, and had such a positive energy that it instantly set the vibe for the night.
Meisha was attentive without hovering, quick without rushing us, and somehow managed to make sure our drinks were never empty. I’m convinced she has a sixth sense for refills because my glass stayed full like she was reading my mind . The food was great, but her service honestly made it taste even better.
She checked on us at the perfect times, made sure everything was cooked right, and handled everything with professionalism and personality. It didn’t feel like just “customer service” — it felt genuine. She made us feel valued and taken care of the entire time.
If you’re going to Smokey Bones in Westchester, do yourself a favor and ask for Meisha. Just be prepared… you might start wondering why every other server doesn’t come with that same five-star energy .
10/10 service. She turned a regular dinner into a great night.

Not terrible, but hardly good. The boneless wings were sort of dry but within the realm of expectations for a chain restaurant. The chili was mostly a thin broth with scent few pieces of brisket, and half of those were just blobs of fat. The pulled chicken looked more like “chewed” chicken and had some inedible bits. The broccoli was dry and had none of the promised garlic butter flavor. I detected an unpleasant butter substitute flavor on the fire roasted corn. The baked potato was suitable. Put some butter on that toast before grilling it, for Pete’s sake – I didn’t come here for health food. I found the sauces uninspiring, but they brought some moisture to the dry food.
The place was almost empty at 6:00 on a Sunday. Asking for a booth seat caused some consternation. The food came out quick. I was brought my check before I had taken a few bites – what if I had wanted dessert? (I didn’t).
I got everything down, but I won’t be back. If you are looking for good barbecue, don’t waste your money here. It’s not worse than going hungry is about the best I can say.

The food was just straight astonishing including the one pictured below. The ribs had the right flavors and made me want to drool every time I couldn’t stop eating. The service was also perfect including our waitress, Savannah who was sweet, understood our orders clear, and was very on time if we needed her. Lastly, the atmosphere was very pretty and clean, this will be the place to go and recommend anyone interested in a bbq in Cincinnati Ohio that’s close or just straight good, I suggest this place!

The waitress Jasmine was friendly, thoughtful, good to have a conversation with, remembered your order, always smiled, checked on you when you needed any more water. Not to mention, Jasmine always was alert to others in her section. I would highly recommend her. The atmosphere was fantastic. I felt welcomed. The tables were neat and clean. The music was enjoyable. The food was mouth watering. I previously had the ribs prior and was curious on what the desserts tasted like and I can proudly say I wasn’t disappointed. The only thing I would change is the dryness of the chocolate cake, but the roasted banana pudding hit the spot with the right amount of sweetness. The prices for the meals were reasonable. The bathrooms were also cleaned. Furthermore, this was a memorable experience I will not forget! I recommend this place a 10/10.

My significant other and I stopped by Smokey Bones just for dessert, and we were not disappointed! I had the Chocolate Cake, which was incredibly rich and delicious highly recommend it if you’re a chocolate lover. My significant other went with the Banana Pudding and absolutely loved it as well.
We were greeted and served by Jasmine, who did a wonderful job throughout our visit. She was very sweet, attentive, and made us (and her other tables) feel truly welcome. Jasmine is a fantastic server, and she definitely made our visit even more enjoyable.
