Service was great our server was so kind and sweet!
Our order came in without issues, coleslaw was a bit bland for my taste but the ribs were really good ! Soft and flavorful! The chipotle sauce was my favorite.
The side ceasar salad has a great size and flavor is great it reminded us of the one at Texas Roadhouse.
Their bones Rita $4 for their happy hour “every hour every day” was perfect.
Overall I hope this place sees back again more customers.

My server was nice and sweet. He was very attentive and made sure to check up on us. Corn bread was better than they had it before. I like the individual loafs better. Shredded chicken was good, along with the sauces they provided. Wasn’t a fan of the nachos because it tasted like powdered cheese to me (that could be a me issue because I don’t like cheddar much). Potato wedges were a hit or miss, but a good food item to use to taste the sauces. The drinks were great, and the atmosphere is bright yet comfortable.

Had the best lunch ever today. First time at Smoky Bones in Utica. Lamont was my waiter. He is so friendly, hospitable and professional. Great spirit and personality. He suggested a buy one get one promo. That was out of this world amazing. Smoked Brisket with 2 sides. I was able to grab a meal for the love of my life, as well. The lunch specials for the drink made the day off even more relaxing. You’ve got to try this place if you haven’t. 10 out of 10.

We were bot happy with our experience in this restaurant, I ordered filet mignon and I got two small chunks of meat, my husband and my son both ordered well done burgers and they good fully pink inside rarely cooked ones, we ordered donuts bag for dessert we got a dough unsuccessfully fried and not even shaped like donuts. The place was packed, it was a holiday. We waited over 40 minutes after our reservation to be seated. We had to remind the host in order to be seated. The broccoli didn’t seem to be seasoned. The mashed potatoes were exquisite. They had the perfect consistency and taste. The steak would have been perfect had it been given to us hot or even warm. As you see in the picture the steak was not hot enough to melt the butter; that was an extra charge to get. The steak was delicious nonetheless. I just wish it was hotter than room temp. The mason jars for lemonade were pretty small. I wish they had more soup options. I would go again on a less busy day.

This is a late. I did not dine in. I did a takeout because my baby was sleeping in the car, but the food was the best. Because I did not die and I did not wanna spend too much money and do my review from home so we get a special that they had going on the nachos were so good. I should’ve just gotten nachos and get the large the rib the European ribs I will only eat those moving forward. They are so tender falling right off the bone the baked beans OMG were good. The coleslaw was. It was OK the cornbread it was good. and the manager the day that I went was so nice warm and welcoming, and answered all my questions because I really didn’t know what European ribs were. He explained it very well and also he has so many nice things to say about the company and he actually had a lot of input for him to be New to the team. I think you said it was a few years in so I’ll definitely be back to the location.

Went to Smokey bones with my girlfriend for lunch and Lamont was our bartender/ waiter. His customer service is beyond excellent. He is so pleasant to talk with and is so friendly. I will definitely be back, soon!!!!!

First, the service was very good. Kayla did an excellent job of keeping up on things. The atmosphere was quiet. It was only 4:30 pm on a Tuesday and not many guests in the restaurant. The meals we ordered came out hot and on time. We ordered the $14.99 specials. We had plenty of time to eat our appetizers before our meals came out.
My only disappointment was the dessert. I ordered the Donuts in a bag. What I received was a pile of under cooked dough. It was terrible!! Someone needs some training in pastry baking.. Picture attached.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The service was very good. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was just okay. We were disappointed that they didn’t have the New York Strip steak, which is on the menu. My daughter and i had to send the grilled shrimp back bc it still felt cool to the touch, and I had to send my steak back bc it was also undercooked. I would not say they are the Master of Meats, as they claim. But I would say they have mastered the potatoes. They were very good. All in all, I don’t think I will go back.

The selection of food they have is very wide assorted. The service was very professional and very attentive. Atmosphere is excellent for the lay back crowd type. The food I ordered was outstanding to say the lease. You must try “THE BONE FIRE” if you like plenty of different meats such has, sausages, chicken breast, chicken wings, barbecue ribs, steaks, that all comes together. The prices are economical to fit all. And last you must try the desserts. My dessert was chocolate cake.. It’s worth it all.
