Dined there last weekend! We ordered burgers/sandwiches with a side of fries. We really enjoyed the food and ambience. Server was very nice and cordial. She helped us with picking our order and was very helpful in general. We enjoyed their drinks too, strawberry lemonade cocktail was very refreshing and light- recommended!

I absolutely love Smokey Bones and visit whenever my travels take me near to one. The first impression at this location was not good. The restaurant was at 20-25% capacity and I was seated quickly, but a server never came to my table. Eventually I asked to move to the bar where I was promptly served. The pulled pork is fantastic and the beer the bartender suggested was delicious. I hope that I caught them on an off night. The food is highly recommended.

A fair assessment: the first time we tried their brisket and ribs, it was a takeout meal, and both were amazing (tender, the ribs fell off the bone and both were all round juicy), even though we had to wait for a while. The second time we were there, we decided to dine in. The food took 30-40 minutes to arrive, even though we were told it wasn’t even their busiest evening. When the food arrived, the brisket was dry, and the ribs, as well as the bread on my sandwich, were burnt. The waitress, Cynthia, was probably the best thing that happened that evening (her and the side of mac and cheese that is), as she tried her best to salvage the situation (including offering to give us dessert on her). Although she called the manager, he offered no solutions except acknowledging the food was bad and offering to take the meal off the bill. This was right before he walked away without a care in the world. We can’t tell whether to chalk this up to a bad day and don’t know if we’ll ever find out.

I went to this location with my family, and we all had such an amazing time that I’m writing this review. We walked in and were seated quickly, and met by an amazing sever named Shatarra. She was very sweet and polite, always saw her smiling. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal as well. All the food came out excellent, and the St. Louis ribs are to die for! Will definitely be back.

Amazing bbq! Never had a bad meal! My other reviewer ordered the pretzel sticks and Buffalo chicken. He had ordered a burger as well but unfortunately they gave his order away to another table and he requested not to have another one. As for my meal I got the pick three combo. I ordered pulled pork, smokey garlic Buffalo wings and of course the amazing brisket. Got corn and sweet potato fries as my side. All came out delicious. Will be back. I also love how late they stay open. Got to love those late night bites!
