I ordered a 14 oz. ribeye. It was cooked medium but was as tough as shoe leather. The side salad was wilted and nasty. I also ordered a loaded baked potato. It was loaded with butter….and that’s all. I basically had a baked potato and a glass of bar brand wine….19.13!!!!! The total bill was 22.64 and THAT…was WITH the steak taken off.

I want to start by saying that our waitress was amazing. Super sweet very attentive I can’t remember her name but more than likely it was because my thoughts were over taken at the disappointment of the food. Our appetizer was fairly decent. The pretzel bones themselves were fresh and fluffy. The cheese sauce was underwhelming. The food was extremely over priced for the disappointment almost maddening portions. I ordered the brisket platter and my husband ordered the half chicken platter. I have never in all my travels in all my life tasted brisket that was falling apart tender dry and stringy all at once. I ordered the passion fruit no-jito twice it was very tasty but there was enough mint in it to make it look like an accident and it was barely muddled. I also witnessed the man behind the bar cough into his hands …and then not wash them. The macaroni was… Dry and flavorless. Pretty much all around unimpressive aside from the service but as sweet as she was the price for the underwhelming if not bad food was ridiculous.

Great food but terrible service. Our server’s attitude was very less than enthusiastic. While taking my wife’s order for create your own burger, choose to write down everything she requested except when she stated “the fixings”. To this he said “OK” and did not write that down, and of course it was not with the burger when it was brought to the table. Additionally, this restaurant has a fairly large sticker on the entrance door stating “Military Discount”. Apparently it must be the customer’s responsibility to tell the server at the appropriate time. When I remembered to mention it to our server was when he was printing our receipt. He stated that he would see if he “could” get us a discount. Once we got our bill and we did the math, the discount was less than 1 percent. Sorry to have troubled your server.

Food was good. My Pina Colada was excellent. Could have done a better job cleaning tables off before seating guest and cleaning restaurant(minor things) other then that I would go back.

Ordered three medium rare steaks, two 8oz and one 10oz. One was supposed have sauteed onions and they charged an extra dollar, paid $80. Only to receive three overcooked steaks and no sauteed onions. Talked with a female manager and she told me the best she could do was refund me the $1 back. I’m never going back here again since they don’t care to do quality checks before they send their food out. She said quote, “It’s not my fault they got cooked on the way out.” This is the reason why I prefer to cook my own steaks since no one in Springfield seems to know. They’re not hard to make!

It was okay. The confusing part is the plate was too hot to touch, but the meat was cold. I didn’t mention it as I was a bit rushed. Everything else was okay. It was a slow afternoon. I had the Double Trouble, I believe it was called.

Loved this restaurant! Absolutely perfect place to stop by and have an amazing meal. Our server was Reuben, and he was a very good sever. I saw him attending maybe 5 tables at once and was still very attentive to our table. On top of that, the food was presented very nicely.
