Food was great. By the appreance I wouldn’t think it would have been but I am stuffed and satisfied! Inside the place was your typical chain restaurant. Nothing fancy or spectacular about this place. However I think they are understaffed because I had to wait almost an hour for my take out order and I sat at the bar and asked for water and no one ever came back to check on me. Service is unprofessional and lacking as I noticed they were drinking and eating their own food behind the bar.

Pretty casual big place. We went at lunch time during the week so we were one of two people there. It was extremely cold for some reason. Service was pretty quick and very friendly. All our food came out correct the first try. The check took a while to come. But overall the place and the staff was good. We had the pretzel appetizer and it was absolutely awesome. Highly recommend if you like warm pretzels. I got baby back ribs with a potato and my kids got the Mac and cheese and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was pretty good. Their ribs were ok. Very tender. But I don’t think the remove the silver skin off the bottom of the ribs. Sort of a pain to be ripping off as you go. The potato was undercooked a little. My kids loved their food. I’m overly critical of the ribs at a place called smokey bones I was hoping for a little bit more smoke flavor and high quality. But in the end everything was definitely good. Would go back and eat there again. I need to try the brisket grilled cheese. The picture looked awesome.

Myself and my wife came in for lunch. The service was absolutely wonderful and our waitress Daphne was awesome. She was really helpful with the menu. The food was really good. We did have a great experience with Daphne. We will be coming back and definitely going to ask for her. Oh yeah …There Banana Pudding is AMAZING!

This was probably my worst experience in years. The staff were nice and I’m going to assume few and far between. It took quite a while to get anything. The time from being greeted and saying “Be right with you” to actually getting a drink was easily 20 minutes. The food was probably about $10 too much for each entree. For 4 people and a toddler to eat, it was $135… not including the tip. The portions were undersized. The kids’ menu meals started at about 7.99, and that was 2 chicken tenders and a side. Overall, our waiter was very nice, and I think they were doing their best with what they had to work with. I don’t think that I’ll be returning for some time, though.
