Came early lunch time. They weren’t busy but was very attentive to us. Food was absolutely delicious but it always is when we come here. Only complaint is it was a little chilly in the restaurant and we were so cold the entire time.

Salt isnt a flavor . . . The brisket alone is 3.8 out of 5 stars. Very tender but they need to go easy on the salt. Fried pickles are sliced so thin that its 80% breading 20% pickle. Also salty. They have good selection for happy hour. Bar service was just okay cuz the server gave me the wrong drink but it was good so I actually got a second one.

This is a polished and inviting spot tucked away next to an iconic mall close to the airport. The staff is amiable, animated and treats you like you’re dropping by for a visit at home. The menu is expansive and varies with something for everyone. Our group of three enjoyed the new Street Corn with a subtle blend of sweet, creamy and spicy. The Ultimate BBQ Bowl gives you a taste of the house with pork, mac and cheese, baked beans with a slaw side. It truly does it all for me. Many thanks to Daphne who treated us like family and made great suggestions to make the meal an experience!

Pretty casual big place. We went at lunch time during the week so we were one of two people there. It was extremely cold for some reason. Service was pretty quick and very friendly. All our food came out correct the first try. The check took a while to come. But overall the place and the staff was good. We had the pretzel appetizer and it was absolutely awesome. Highly recommend if you like warm pretzels. I got baby back ribs with a potato and my kids got the Mac and cheese and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was pretty good. Their ribs were ok. Very tender. But I don’t think the remove the silver skin off the bottom of the ribs. Sort of a pain to be ripping off as you go. The potato was undercooked a little. My kids loved their food. I’m overly critical of the ribs at a place called smokey bones I was hoping for a little bit more smoke flavor and high quality. But in the end everything was definitely good. Would go back and eat there again. I need to try the brisket grilled cheese. The picture looked awesome.

Good food. Good service. Good vibes. Smoke Bones has an array of menu options with ribs, pulled pork and wings being the popular options. Overall the service was fast and efficient; the food was serviced promptly and met all expectations.

The restaurant was clean and neat. Easy to navigate and find any accommodations you needed while being served.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through the areas. Especially on a Monday, when the wings are buy one get one free. So if you order 8 you get 16; if you order 16 you get 32… and so on.

Recommendations: Pulled pork platter, garlic bread, broccoli and Mac and cheese.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Rowan is the absolute best waiter! He is friendly, attentive, and just great! The food is amazing. Our favorite thing is the rack o back rib special. My favorite drink is the Titos Strawberry Lemonade. My husband and I drive up weekly from Christiansburg to eat here. I highly recommend!

Went here to watch a sports game. The tvs are very bad quality. I asked the bartender to put the game on. The manager struggled to get the channel right. She never got it. I asked the bartender nicely again to please put the game on. The manager very clearly and right in front of me told the bartender that she would not attempt to find the channel any longer and just shrugged her shoulders as of to say that customers don’t matter here. I saw a low confidence level among many of the staff sadly because they are under poor leadership, including a server outside at her car who was clearly very disenfranchised. I feel bad for the staff here and more bad for the customers who just sat there and continued to receive poor service. We left asap to watch the game elsewhere.

Salad, wings and cornbread was good although pricey in my opinion. Still worth it though! Failure on the Loaded Brisket Chili. Loaded with ONE 1/4” piece of meat. Not worth it for $8.95.

Had a nice lunch with family. The cornbread tasted like a mini pound cake. The brisket was really nice, tender, and flavorful.
