We were in the area on Thanksgiving day with no plans, thought we’d go to Golden Corral but the line went all the way outside when we go there. Pass. SB who also happened to be open I mean you can’t go wrong with BBQ. If you’re not familiar with the menu you can always something in the menu that you are familiar with.
Bri was our host & ended up being our waiter too. I think we brought the crowd in because it started to get busy & crazy in there. Despite the craziness,Bri did her best to keep checking on my two younginz and I. So I did appreciate the service.
The food definitely satisfied that Thanksgiving vibe. I think my kids enjoyed it as well cause my 1 year old went into a food coma right there in our corner booth. We enjoyed everything we ordered and also I ordered mushroom burger to go. It was so good! Choice of bun? perfect for the mushroom burger.

Wow, what a great meal !! We got fantastic service from Jim, he was amazing, very helpful in making some selections and the suggestions were perfect. They had a special, order one pulled pork and you get the second one free. We had the pulled pork, which was fantastic, the baked beans were out of this world. The creamy coleslaw was very good as well. The other couple had the ribs and they found them to be delicious. They also ordered a Caesar salad which they said was extremely good.
They also have so fantastic selections of sauce you can put with the pulled pork four different ones and they were all delicious. We had a piece of the chocolate cake for dessert and it was huge and fantastic. If you like BBQ l know you will have a great meal.

Horrible experience. Asked for a Heineken 00 and got a Michelob 0. Waitress should have said if they were out and didn’t seem to notice it wasn’t what he ordered. Wanted the cornbread appetizer served with the meal so it was warm. Got it early. Didn’t have the turkey sandwich. Picked the brisket sandwich and there was hardly any meat on it (see photo). Aunts food wasn’t right. She wanted the 9.95 ribs and ended up with ribs round 21.95. And she ordered a baked potato and didn’t get it. We had to ask for it. Waitress was the worst waitress I’ve ever had in my life and had an attitude. We had to find another waitress to get to go boxes and our check – WOW. This was my first and last time to this restaurant. Shocked they have so many stars. Spent over $100 for this experience. Hostess was great. Never again.

Excellent service! Our waitress was friendly and answered our questions about the items on the menu. When she couldn’t, she went and asked someone who knew within minutes.
The decor of the restaurants was really cool.
The booth chairs are starting to sink in, in some places with tears.
We ordered 2 of their specialty frozen drinks and were not impressed.
Their burgers were good and very tasty. Our favorite item was the Korean barbecue appetizer.

Onna and Alysia did a great job.. way above expectation. They delivered top tier service and really made me feel at home… if I could eat one place for the rest of my life I’d do Smokey bones because of the service. Thank you to these amazing workers.

First off, shout to Angel the server that’s doing like 3 jobs with a great attitude! Second, I really wanted to like the food but the ribs were so dense and dry, i couldn’t eat most of it and I was starving.
I came in a little after 10pm on a Friday to place an order to go. Not a soul in site to greet or take an order while 80% of the place was empty. Then an Angel saved the day. She rushed over, apologized for the host and immediately took my order and checked on it every so often. Please give this girl a raise! She was honestly the only pleasant part of this place.
This place has such a lack of management and service (besides Angel) that a customer came in and thought I worked there while waiting on my order.. I was there for like 20mins and never saw a host. Then the ribs were dry, coleslaw and mashed potatoes were good, pulled pork was alright, did I mention the ribs kinda sucked?
I was excited after seeing the 4.5 review but was overall disappointed. Thank god for Angels!

Stopped in on a Thursday evening for dinner. Our server Nick was phenomenal and took great care of us. He made sure to put the Penguin game on at the bar for us to watch too.
The food was amazing too. We had the pretzel app—delish! My son had the chicken sandwich and said it was very good and a huge portion size, half of it came home for a midnight snack. My husband and I had the bone fire for two. I’ll admit at first glance it didn’t seem like a lot of food but with having a little bit of everything, it definitely filled us up! Everything was absolutely delicious, we couldn’t even pick favorites! A side of Mac and cheese topped off the meal perfectly.
Can’t wait to stop back in again soon!!
