Honestly one of my favorite spots. The smoked brisket is easily the best in town—super tender, full of flavor, and always done right. I also love that they added a burger patty to the menu recently. Getting it with fried eggs is a game changer. Great food, great vibes, and definitely worth coming back for.

My brother has been wanting to eat some Mediterranean food for the past year, so on one of our many adventures I decided to search nearby. First thing I see is a brisket and I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to people doing brisket in dishes. Turned out to be the best dang thing I had, like a salad with brisket. Mediterranean dish with that southern love of brisekt was a nice touch, and the lamb was great also! My wife loved it and she didn’t have high hopes. I’ve tried 2 main dishes and the pie they serve. Will be going again this weekend!

This was my first time stopping by this food truck. I was in the area coming back from an event I had gone to and was looking for some good grub!
I seen this place had great reviews on Google and the food looked appetizing so I decided to give it a go. I ordered take out through the website which was easy and seamless.
As I’m trying to figure out where the location is. It was a bit confusing it took me about 2-3 turn arounds to find exactly where it was. There is a food truck area right next to the food truck area snoketerranean was. I was basically using clues from the restraunts I could visibly see to help me figure out where it was. After a good 8 min or so I ended up locating the building. Very confusing and having instructions on your website will help people who aren’t familiar with the area.
I got a pork tips over mashed potatoes for around $15 and some change. I saw online in their description that the flavor was great! BBQ the full flavor. I usually am the type to eat Hutchings bbq, panther city, even Patriotic pig so I decided to give that dish a go.
As I ate the food, the meat does not have the rich BBQ taste as a official BBQ spot in my opinion. Another review also mentioned it wasn’t a true BBQ taste and I agree with it.
The taste wasn’t out of this world or anything to where I’d be dying to come back. Overall it was 5/10. Mashed potatoes were good which is why I give it the 5. The meat I did not finish as it wasn’t true BBQ like mentioned I felt.
When picking up my food, I told the guy I was there for a pick up order and instead of asking the name for my order he asked to see confirmation. I get it to an extent to ask for confirmation but I was surprised I couldn’t just tell him my name and go about receiving my food that way. Only reason I say, I could’ve left my phone in the car. Me being new and trying something different in the area I would’ve had to go all the way back to where I parked momentarily just to get a confirmation on my own order as if someone has the same first and last name as me. Not to mention, as I tried eating before I drove back home there were no forks, spoons or any utensils in the bag that I had to go elsewhere instead of doubling back.
Overall, I won’t be coming back.

I’m a genuine Iranian Texan and I love being able to snag a bite of Iranian Texan fusion food right here in Denton. Great food and reasonable prices. Don’t snooze on the koobideh (ground meat kabab) and be sure to get some pickled garlic. It’s phenomenal and a staple in any Iranian household.

Smoketerranean is an exceptionally high quality food truck with unique Texan- Mediterranean fusion dishes. Even if you’ve already had Texan brisket or Mediterranean shawarma on their own, you haven’t had the excellent combinations they offer here. Shawarma, veggie and rice bowls, and so many meats like smoked brisket and lamb work perfectly together for a really novel fusion cuisine. Strong recommend.

We had the pork burnt ends with garlic mashed potatoes and the homemade garlic hummus with garlic naan. Both were phenomenal with perfect seasoning and texture. Highly recommend checking out this new food truck lot that’s tucked away behind Second Hand Sports/Denton County Brewing Company!!

Tried Smoketerranean and honestly the chicken was really good. The chicken shawarma is really good, juicy and full of flavor, not dry at all. Portion was solid and everything tasted fresh. Came out hot and smelled amazing. Def coming back again.
