I’ve been to SMOKESTAK and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing!
Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection – full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The meat was incredibly tender and rich in smoky flavour, and every dish we tried was delicious from start to finish.
The atmosphere was great as well – warm, lively, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back

We could only book for 6:15 as later was full so we expected it to be quiet! How wrong! The place was buzzing with a fabulous atmosphere!
Our waiter was the best ever! He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations and was so passionate about the food, drink and his job. Can’t praise him enough! In fact we were very happy to pay the service charge! (Something we rarely do unless it’s over and above)
All our dishes were absolutely gorgeous. Incredible taste and flavours.
The cocktails too were delicious.
I was treated to a raspberry sorbet as it was my birthday and it is the best sorbet I have ever tasted!
Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Our waiter also recommended the Cocktail Trading Co round the corner for afterwards and that too was fabulous!

Been hoping to try this restaurant, and I would say the wood-roasted bone marrow is definitely the highlight of the meal. It was cooked to perfection and paired well with the sourdough, which was a great start. However, I can’t say the same for the main course – the beef rib was slightly too chewy compared to the pork belly, and the sticky barbecue sauce became a bit too rich towards the end of the meal. That said, my friend and I really enjoyed the chips.
The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lively. However, I felt the tables are quite close together, and the music made it quite hard to hear what my friend was saying. Probably it was just not our thing but I could see the restaurant was packed from start.

Had a very enjoyable dining experience at Smokestak.
Would definitely recommend the tacos and brisket! The tacos were especially delicious!! We also ordered the ox cheek and beef rib. I wasn’t a fan (personal preference) but my boyfriend loved them! The sticky date pudding was also really good!
The cocktails were also really nice and well balanced. Would recommend trying the Chilli back shots
Andrea was our main server and she was wonderful! So friendly and approachable. Thank you for a great guest experience! The other staff members were also very nice and attentive too.

Okay we definitely loved everything we ordered. It was such a pleasant surprise as I wouldn’t normally go to BBQ places. The croquettes were amazing, the aubergine was tasty and the meat, melts in your mouth! Also on of the best chips I have had. I think it might be on the pricier side but well worth it

Amazing BBQ! Cool, dimly lit atmosphere with German electronic beats, serving the city’s best barbecue. We had beautiful, tender brisket and a huge beef rib. Crispy ox cheeks for starters is a must. My mouth is still watering just thinking about it. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing meal at SMOKESTAK. Every dish we ordered was extremely delicious. The bone marrow, brisket and ribs are must-haves, and the pork belly was fantastic. Don’t skip the ox cheek croquettes or the beetroot either!
The service was very nice and efficient. It’s a popular spot, so reservations are highly recommended. I would come again here for sure. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Love love love…. what a geat carnivores treat!! Perfectly grilled meats and a vibe that’s hard to match with a live open kitchen and the smoker in the main dining hall.
I strongly recommend the main dining hall for your meal!
The meats were all cooked to perfection and were faultless. Everything tasted came in sharing plates and was polished off with aplomb!

It’s our… 10+ visit. Possibly into our 20x visit actually. We’ve brought all the friends we could bring and introduced them to this golden gem of Shoreditch!
We love this place.
The food is top notch and the chefs are clearly passionate, they care about their suppliers and where the produce comes from!
Drinks – on point and my personal favourite is the Chilli Tommies

I would say; PLEASE (for the love of food) bring back the Welsh Rarebit! Every time it gets taken off the menu, it breaks my heart a little.
We’ve been visiting for years so we are quite familiar with all the menu changes and we’ve been thrilled each and every time but the Welsh rarebit MUST come back! Oh pleaseeeeee 🙁

The chairs are a little .. solid but it goes with the vibe.

Excellent food and ambiance. We tried the ox cheek. Perfect amount of smoke through it and the anchovy mayo was brilliant. The brisket and pork sausages were absolutely banging as well. I will definitely come back next time I am in London
