Kk was right, we loved it!
Mentioned we were visiting from NC and this was the best looking BBQ. I absolutely enjoyed everything from the chili to the Mac! Got brisket, ribs, potato salad, Beans, coleslaw…. Wanted to try it all and there isn’t anything bad I could say! Well…the spicy BBQ sauce was objectively spicy. Our southern tongues barely registered a spice, but the flavor was amazing!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I got the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and a cornbread muffin, my buddy got the pork mac and cheese with a cornbread muffin.
The meats were tender and juicy. The brisket had a smoker flavor than the pork. The Mac and cheese by itself was creamy and delicious, but when adding the pork and bbq sauce, it becomes a knock out.
They have 3 kids of bbq sauce, we got medium and it was the right amount of heat and sweet.
It’s a smallish space with 4 tables. It gets pretty busy at lunch time, but the line went quickly.
Great service, amazing food. Would definitely go again!

Too bad 5 stars is the most I can give the Smokestack Express is a 10! One of the best places I’ve ever been. We bought the brisket meal with BBQ beans, potato salad and chicken salad. Very few places give you a choice of brisket cuts of lean, marbled or fatty which is great. Fatty and marbled were my favorite, but lean is good too. The potato salad is unique with a dill pickle base, but good. The beans are homemade, and you can tell as they didn’t taste like doctored Bush Beans like other places do. The homemade soft serve ice cream at the end was a great extra treat and again tasted better than normal. Best of all was the customer service from Kayla which was next level and you can really tell she loves this small bbq restaurant she’s building. We will be back soon for sure.

The Valentine’s Day special for $45 blew my eyelashes clean off my face. My fella is from the south and hasn’t been impressed by our local options. UNTIL NOW.
The brisket and ribs were done to absolute perfection.
All four sides were phenomenal. The mac, potato salad, beans, and coleslaw nearly stole the show.
Kayla was incredibly welcoming and on the top of her game via a call in order and in person. You’ve got yourself some lifers! Thank you for making our day!

When the meats are so good you travel from Germany just for the brisket and you bring it back with you. Honestly the best smoked meats!! The meatloaf, sausages, macaroni & cheese, and coleslaw are phenomenal as well. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend making a trip or having it delivered.

BBQ done right. Don’t pass by this little hole in the wall restaurant if you want some of the best brisket in town. Lean, tender, flavorful and a good portion make it a go to eatery. They only have a small area for eating in but adequate. They were doing a non stop take out business while we were there. The sides were also excellent with the Mac and Cheese some of the best I’ve had. And finally, to top it all off, you get a free soft serve ice cream cone. Check them out!

Smokestack Express is hands-down one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve ever had. The smoked brisket was truly the best I’ve had in my entire life—perfectly tender, flavorful, and packed with that amazing smoky depth you only get from people who really know what they’re doing. The macaroni and cheese was incredibly creamy and cheesy, and the cornbread muffin paired with it was spot-on.
The location is great, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about the food and their guests.
