This place was ok good. The sausage was burnt and I kind of felt the ribs were way overdone. And I felt like there wasn’t enough sauce on it. The sides were okay, I had baked beans and coleslaw. But what I can really say about this place is the brisket! Now that’s something I’ll definitely go back for. They offer brisket on the side of brisket burgers. If you don’t go for anything else go for the brisket

Met friend’s coming thru town at this convenient spot just off the hwy on the west side of uptown. The onion rings and ocra were yummy and crispy, almost too crispy, there was nearly no ocra in the ocra ♀️ I guess I have never had North Carolina type bbq, I ordered the pulled pork just on its own (not a sandwich) and it had a very strong vinegar component, I did not like it. I reordered the lean brisket and was more satisfied. My hubs said his sandwich was quite good and the rest of our friends were pleased with their meals. I am sure we will give it another try in the future.

Probably the best BBQ in Pagosa Springs. The Green Chili Burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich was great also. The dining room is very small but was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon. No dishware, just eat right from the takeout container.

We went there at 4:30 pm and were the first ones there. To our amazement they said they were out of ribs! Either they had a really big lunch crowd who ate them all or they didn’t make enough. The portions were a good size. However, we had fries. They were horrible! They were about 2 weeks overdue for an oil change. The brisket was good even though they could have trimmed the fat more. The sausage was overcooked.
Now for the good. They have a fireplace in there which made it nice and cozy. The waitress was nice and kept our drinks refilled, but didn’t seem to care when we told her about the bad fries. The bread was good.
If you love BBQ, I would “STEER” clear of this one. If you want an OK place to eat BBQ and this is the only choice…it’ll do.

Very good brisket. The wait time it was a bit longer than I expected. I wish they would consider adding better sides to the meets. All we got was sweet potatoes, fries, and coleslaw. Besides, that was sweet baked beans , which it might have been from a can , so I didn’t want to consider it. The five stars reflect just the brisket!

Pretty damn good! No wifi & at&t signal wasn’t the best but it had EXCELLENT views. Staff was friendly & it was a nice little location.

Passing through Pagosa with a BBQ craving and Moe’s definitely didn’t disappoint, so freaking good. Definitely stop here. We both did build your own plates and every item is so good. People are super welcoming and the homemade sauces are really good too. Highly recommend for some solid BBQ.

We’ve been to many BBQ restaurants and this is our favorite by far. The ribs very tender and not greasy. The lean brisket was very juicy and the flavor of both was delicious. The chipotle potato salad was perfect!! We will be back when we visit from Denver. Many blessings for your establishment!!

Average BBQ. Not horribly dry or anything, but the ribs had a thick shiny black crust on them that we avoided. We had the pulled pork (came in the sauce), the brisket (1/2 inch thick slices) and the ribs. Only one type of BBQ sauce available. Absolutely no care for presentation – here’s a to go box to eat at your food in our dining room. The decor had some nice local arty touches. Definitely not an “unreal” BBQ experience.
