The BEST service that makes you want to come back the next day and eat again! Very tasty burgers. Food is fresh- not heavy and greasy. Burgers are thicker than the bun and cooked to temp ordered. Chicken tenders crispy. Atmosphere is open, music playing, well lit at night, super friendly, locally owned and operated. Will definitely return soon.

Incredible food and the couple that owns it is awesome!! The Chef is from Boston and he brought those favors into Yellowstone. They even fly in the lobster from Boston. His wife is Celiac and he had made a lot of the menu for her. I have to eat gluten free and this was fantastic food. I highly recommend them and wish they were by my home!! Thx!

Such a great spot! Top quality food, friendly owner, and cute shaded area to sit at. I had the fish n chips which were perfectly crispy and meaty. The tartar sauce that came with it was also delicious! My boyfriend had the bison burger which he said was really flavorful and the best one he had our whole trip.

This place was amazing.
We have had a hard time finding more than gf pizza in town. They managed to have 2 separate fryers, so basically, everything can be gluten free!
We had the wings, fish and chips, and the little got chicken fingers. All gf!
The hubby’s regular buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing too.
They have cute picnic tables and the couple working there (owners?) were so nice and helpful.
She said they usually have gf onion rings! They didn’t have them tonight because of an event tomorrow, but we’ll try to catch them later and see if we can try them.
It’s a food truck, so be more prepared than us and use the restroom in advance.
Definitely head over and give them a try!

No Longer located at the airport! Now in West Yellowstone. Food was great! Picnic table area outside food truck was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what contained gluten and were happy to answer any ingredient questions. The owner is celiac so they know their stuff. I got the gluten free chicken strips and fish and chips to try. I thought the fish was better than the chicken for sure. Boyfriend had a hamburger he thought was great. Large menu for a food truck! Would definitely reccomend!

Really great food truck in West Yellowstone. My wife and I and several family members are gluten-free. This food truck is AWESOME! They have so many gluten-free choices, from fish & chips to lobster rolls! We have had, so far, the fish and chips, lobster roll and lobster grilled cheese! The truffle tot are the best!!! I wanted to take a photo of the food – but it was too good to waste time taking pics – hence the empty basket!

CELIAC FRIENDLY! My wife found this place that has gluten-free options without cross contamination. She’s severely sensitive and any cross contamination … well, let’s just say we would know it in about 30 minutes! Both of us had excellent burgers and fries! And they were generous with the fries too! Price was reasonable for the area. Found out they are in the Phoenix area in the winter and we can’t wait to eat there when they arrive (since we live in the Phoenix Valley). Great husband and wife team with a neat set up! Stop by! Less than a half mile from the hustle and bustle of the tourist block.

The owners are warm and friendly, serving up good, uncomplicated food for a reasonable price (which seems to be a little difficult to find here). We were in West Yellowstone for three days and hit them twice in a row, and can confidently say that Their grilled chicken sandwiches and cheeseburgers absolutely hit the spot. Their patio setup is cozy and comfortable. They even had dairy-free treats available for my husband.
Next time we come back to Yellowstone, we’ll definitely stop in again!

This little food truck had one of the best bison burgers I have ever had!
We wanted to avoid West Yellowstone on the weekend wait times, so we stopped here for a quick dinner. They were very friendly and chatted with us about our day in the park, and gave some recommendations on sites to see. There are a handful of covered, outdoor tables near the truck for those wanting to stick around to eat, as we did.
I have Celiac, so I was grateful that the menu was clearly marked with gluten-free options, and they use gluten-free condiments, which is not always the case. Our food took a bit longer than might be expected for a food truck, but it was well worth the wait. We both got bison burgers, which were generously sized and very fresh. They came with a large portion of fries, and I ordered a huckleberry lemonade, which was also good. The table next to us got fish and chips, and that looked delicious as well! I will absolutely go again next time I am in the area.

We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The food was delicious and the service was great. It was just the owner by himself and he did a killer job. He had some good conversation with us as we ate. We also got the treat of seeing his new chocolate lab who was just the cutest!
