The baked beans are my favorite in the entire state! I love the variety of sauces on the table. The Smokehouse sauce and South Carolina Gold are really good. They’re so well blended that the flavor comes alive. The pulled pork has an intense smokey flavor and smell. The rustic decor is full of textures, which is a favorite style of mine. There’s a large, covered breezeway for comfortably dining outside. Lots of clever touches that make Smokehouse one of a kind.

I placed a pick up order today for pulled chicken, potato salad, slaw & sweet tea. The chicken was dry with no flavor, slaw & potato salad were not good either. The sweet tea was too strong & not sweet enough. Bad sweet tea should have been the 1st indication the food wasn’t going to be good. The young lady that took our order over the phone was very nice. She was also the same person that we met at the window to pick up our order. First and last time eating here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The BBQ ribs were terrible. They were smoky but had no flavor, just big and hard. All of the sides were from a can and mine were cold. The chicken fried steak was ok.
