Was in the area for an Archery Shoot. It was Friday at 6, they closed at 7. Wasn’t sure of the quality of the food at that time of day, but man did they deliver.
Wasn’t super hungry so I got the quarter pound of Sausage. It was made to perfection, juicy to the max, the juice tasted so good. The Mac and Cheese was spot on too. The table had a sweet BBQ sauce that complimented the food perfectly.
Great place with very reasonable prices. They even have a drive up window and you can order ahead of time for quick pick up.

the food was great. i loved the ribs, unfortunately the beans were dreadful. I destroyed my toilet. The pulled pork was extraordinary. THe flavour was good but the texture was mid. Overall this restaurant has earned my respect and i will go there again sometime.

We get take out from here often. We usually order the chopped brisket sandwich on a bun, no cheese. It’s usually been great. Sometimes we get there almost at closing time, & it might be a tiny bit dry, but still very tasty. We’re looking forward to trying the ribs & loaded potato. Overall, we love ❤️ this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when we show up at closing time. Prices are reasonable too.

We have worked at the mill up the road a few times & every time we come to town we have to stop & eat here. I’ve ordered everything from the pulled pork to the brisket & I’ve not been disappointed. The staff is amazing. I’ve even witnessed an incident myself where there was an unhappy customer (for a petty reason) and the assistant manager on duty handled it amazingly. Completely happy with the food, service, staff, & management. It’s locally owned & operated & a great group of people.

Service was a bit lacking. We waited 35 minutes on our food today (three plates delivered within 25 minutes and one plate delivered at 35 minutes). My brisket, sausage and beans were cold when delivered. The staff was apologetic for the wait, but with food being cold, it makes me wonder how long it sat in the back before being brought out. Also, within the hour or so we were there, there were 3 dirty tables that were never cleaned during our stay (the tables were dirty when we first sat down). The facility is clean overall, inviting and has nice decor. The food tastes good, but I’m sure would be better if served at least at a warm temperature.
Edit: The owner contacted me and was nothing but sympathetic. She explained that there are new employees and as a manager, I can understand hickups in business. This experience has not deterred me from eating here again with family.

Food good, price good and service was friendly! My mom and I ate a two meat brisket plate with 2 sides and drinks. All for under $20. Clean bathrooms and eating area with all the things you need.

I’ve eaten here in the past and was well pleased. Today was different. Ordered the baked potato with bbq pork and there wasn’t enough for a third of a sandwich. Very disappointed. Others in my order the brisket was very dry. Green beans like right out of can. No seasoning.

The food is amazing! I love that the BBQ is on the table and I can put as much or as little as I want. The ribs are superb. The salad is equally delicious. The brisket nachos make the Angels sing and the half chicken with baked beans and potatoe salad just hit the spot.
