At Smokehouse, we’re all about bold flavor, real smoke, and bringing people together over unforgettable meals. As the team behind Sidelines Sports Eatery, we’ve always had a passion for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. But the idea for Smokehouse 734 sparked when one of our own team members turned out to be incredibly skilled at BBQ and meat smoking—we knew we had to build something around that talent. We started with a foundation of Kansas City-style barbecue, but we didn’t stop there. While smoked meats are at the heart of what we do, our menu is designed to please a wide range of tastes. You’ll find juicy steaks (because let’s be honest—BBQ and steaks just belong together), fresh seafood for variety, and yes, even pizza.

We have been to Smokehouse 419 four times now. It is very easy to find & each time no wait to be seated. My husband enjoys ribs. So when I drove by, I added to a place to visit. We are both glad we did. The variety on the menu covers our favorites foods & meals. I have had the chicken salad, brisket sandwich, the 419 burger, and mostly recently the Smokehouse nachos with pulled pork. I wish I would have remembered to snap a picture at each visit. And we have had welcoming, excellent portions, fully cooked, and delicious experiences. My only tid bit have been the chips on my salad & nachos are not exactly my preference of thin flour tortilla fried – they are a little on the thick side. But they are not bad in anyway.

My husband has had the ribs first. Once the plate was set in front of him, he prepared to pull the bone and it seemed to have the meet melt off the bone. And her really enjoy the sauce. (Same sauce on the brisket sandwich & nachos-sweet and perfect spices. Although, I do like a little heat added sometimes.) He’s also has had the wings special with a limited special teriyaki sauce, a pepperoni pizza & a steak all have been very tasty.

We have been seated in the bar & main restaurant. Also, they have a banquet room available for special occasions. The booths in the bar & restaurant seating are large & can comfortably sit 6 and possibly more.

And so sar, the greetings & wait staff have been great. Engaging and sometimes helpful when I am undecided on my choice. As I really can find so many more oprions to try.

This was my first time eating here. I brought the family to celebrate my son’s 26th birthday. The restaurant has a nice sports bar atmosphere, and everything was clean and neat. The restrooms always tell the story for me. If the restrooms are clean, for sure the kitchen will be just as clean, and since that’s where they cook your food, I always want to check it out. Sure enough, it was up to par. The restroom smelled clean, and looked clean.
The food was quite delicious. We started off with an order of onion rings, and smoked brisket cheese dip, and both were excellent. I ordered the smoked brisket and it was a generous portion with large sides of Mac n cheese, and BBQ baked beans. It was all a delight to savor. The cornbread on the side was wonderful, just the right amount of sweetness and not too dry. My son ordered the brisket tacos, and one of my daughters ordered the grilled shrimp on skewers. They both raved about their meal. Needless to say, we found a new favorite place to eat in Toledo.

Tender brisket, flavorful BBQ sauce, and a full bar to make the night worthwhile.
I enjoy this place a lot. The menu has great options and food has always been great, for me. Highly recommend for a casual meal and some great burgers and BBQ.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I left Smokehouse 419 hungry, angry, and honestly stunned that a place serving food this bad is still open.
The service was subpar from the start and the food came out cold, sloppily thrown together, and clearly not made in-house. Everything tasted like it came straight from a supplier such as Sysco or Gordon, yet the prices were sky-high.
The pulled chicken nachos were an absolute joke. The chips and cheese tasted like something from a gas station, and the chicken had a strange metallic, dirty flavor. The chopped salad was limp and flavorless, not even saved by the watery ranch or the mountain of salt and pepper I added.
The brisket was floppy, gray, and completely void of smoke, bark, or seasoning. The so-called “famous” smoked meatloaf sandwich arrived cold on a crusty, dry bun, slopped onto a tray with zero care. I didn’t even want to pick it up. The sides were somehow worse. The potato salad and coleslaw tasted awful, and I genuinely wish I could forget how they tasted.
It physically hurt to pay around $60 for food this bad, especially when every table around us was complaining too. One table told their server the beans tasted straight from a can and asked to leave early. That about sums it up.
There is nothing smoky about Smokehouse 419, unless you count the smoke they’re blowing with their name. This place is a total embarrassment. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment, and eat literally anywhere else.

I was really hoping for a better experience then what I got. Went with some friends and we both ordered nachos. The chips were extremely hard and not good for either appetizer. The chicken was almost as hard as the chips. The liquid cheese did not pair well with everything. We have to get chili cheese fries after sending back the nachos which turned out to be pretty decent. The dinner itself was not too bad. The meat themselves we’re tender and juicy but could use a little bit more seasoning. The mac and cheese bowl with all the meat on top was pretty good too. The loud music coming from the kitchen on top of the country music that was played in the restaurant was insanely annoying. The prices seemed all right. I would probably come back and try it again since it’s fairly new. I hope they work their kinks out and can make it.

Been here twice. The first time, the bar area was freezing cold and had to be moved to the dining area. Second time the wait was an hour. They were extremely busy and had a full house. Once we were finally seated, the place had died down. Our waitress was very friendly, however she took forever due to being very friendly with one of her regulars. Our entree came out before our app. The food is good. It’s a great addition to the bbq scene. The tacos are good as long as they don’t over cook the shell. The smoked sausage lollipops were good our second time, they were salty but still good. Cornbread is also food just wish it was warm and not cold.

Went here for my birthday dinner. Staff was absolutely great. Place was pretty empty and we waited a while for food. When it came out it was COLD. My wife got the Pitsplit and I got the 419 Burger. I was starving so I ate the semi-warm burger but my wife was upset about her order. The bottom of the plate was cold. Staff was very receptive and remade the dish. It did come out hot. Even though staff was receptive there was no effort to try to compensate or adjust for the inconvenience. Guess we check this place off our list. We live close and we like to stay close but not at the cost of sub par food. Again, the wait staff was awesome.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Super nice all around. The food shows signs of being just as good but they need to work out the kinks. First off, we went there because their menu shows in big words that they have smash burgers. We LOVE smash burgers. While the burgers were good they definitely are not smash burgers. The burger also came out overcooked along with the steak. They were both just one temp over. Typically medium has a bit of pink and there was no pink at all. and the buns were burnt when they tried to make them a little crispy.

The queso was also really really good but we had to send it back because it wasn’t even warm and half the cheese was solid still. I got the BBQ ramen and the chili and both were really good.

They have small growing pains and I think this place can easily become 5 stars. But it’s missing some of the love when it comes to the cooking of the food.

The last point I want to bring up is the fact I find it a tad weird that a restaurant in the first week of being open didn’t have a manager/owner or anyone coming around asking how things were. I would think they would want to catch the issues but apparently that’s not the case.

I noticed some of the reviews mentioned that the food is not really hot, that was my experience with the brisket nachos I wish the cheese was warm *BUT* it was delicious. My family also got a burger meal, I got ribs and one ordered a pizza. Very, very good. Ribs were tender, well done but not burnt – exactly how I like my ribs. My advice is that if you like medium cooked, etc, make sure to let them know otherwise it will come out well done. Regardless, everything was tender.
Potato salad, mac and cheese were great. I thought the cornbread wouldnt be good like most bbq places, but it was soft and sweet, and the butter you get with it sets it off. Huge portions, plenty to take home.
Service was excellent. Our bills got mixed up but we worked it out.

This restaurant is new so they have to work out a few kinks, but me and my family were pleased and will be back for sure.
