Consistently great BBQ for dine-in and frequent takeout, especially with their $1 Wing Wednesdays. Best in nice weather to sit and eat outside, but even eating inside is good especially with 8 beer taps and additional can options.

I liked this place a lot, good food, not super busy. I ordered the smoked chicken with pickles , it was really tasty and the portion was a good size. My friend ordered pulled pork, which was also really tasty. In the world of carbs it’s hard to find a place for carnivores. We will be coming back again soon.

Amazing brisket!!! Baaked beans were also phenomenal with pieces of brisket in it. The house sauces on the table were delicious. Can’t to wait to come back and try more things.

This was our first time here and sure glad we made the stop. The atmosphere when you walk in is cozy and service was great. I had a pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw was a little too sweet from my taste, but was still good. The sandwich was amazing. The pulled pork was piled high and so good. There are several different side sauces at the table and all are yummy. If you are in the area, it is well worth the stop.

Fast service- delicious pulled pork and fresh cut fries. Slaw was a little too watery for my liking but not worth losing any stars over. Something to note is the inside seating is pretty limited. But incredible food!

Came in for nice barbeque brisket sandwich after a long round of golf. Unfortunately they were sold out, so I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich. They piled a massive amount of chicken into this sandwich, thank got I didn’t get any sides, I could barely finish the sandwich.

We walked in and we were immediately met by the most appetizing aroma. Service was fast, great atmosphere and the food was delicious. I love how bare bones the meat was, cooked to perfection but you can mix and match from their own home made sauces which were great as well. Interesting options for beer, and honestly the sides were incredible. Best corn chowder, collared greens and corn bread. My one complaint was that the meat was definitely much colder than the sides but still very very good

This self-service barbecue joint offers a delightful experience with its standout dishes, particularly the mouthwatering brisket and tender baby back ribs. The ribs’ delectable rub adds an extra layer of flavor. The friendly and welcoming staff enhance the overall atmosphere. However, the pulled pork could have been moister. On the bright side, the multiple sauce selections, including the delicious barbecue sauce, provide a range of options to satisfy various palates. Also have good beers.

Smokehaus is one of my favorite local spots in Amherst, easy to stop by for a quick lunch or pick up dinner for the family! Our favorites go-to’s are the brisket (options of fatty or lean), cornbread and the Mac and Cheese. The spring salad mix with pulled pork on top is a lunch favorite. The sweet sauce is great for BBQ but my favorite dipping sauce is the White sauce with it’s flavorful vinegar and spices! The coleslaw is a little too “saucy” for my liking but my daughter loves it. If you want to sit and enjoy, they have a small bar with a few tables inside and a patio of tables for the warmer weather. Definitely worth a try!
