First time visit. Food was amazing!! Went with the Beast Feast, portions were just right. A lot of food but love BBQ left overs. Husband had the tipsy tuna, was cooked perfect and he loved it. We had the apple cobbler for dessert, and I must say YUMMMY, and I dont particularly usually like apple desserts. Service was friendly and prompt although wasn’t a busy night. We will definitely be back on future visits to the area. Good job all around!!

This was our first visit.
I had the shrimp and grits which I thought was a unique taste of their “smoked” theme recipe. While I very much enjoyed the unique taste of the shrimp and grits, I was a little disappointed in the amount of shrimp, andouille sausage, and other ingredients in this dish. All the ingredients are on top and none of the shrimp or andouille sausage were “buried” in the grits for more protein with the remaining grits.
My wife had the brisket with broccoli and brussel sprouts. The brisket was drier than expected but it definitely had a taste of smoke. The two sides were very good, especially the brussel sprouts.
My reason for the 4 on the food was due to the small amount of shrimp and andouille sausage in my dish, and the dryness of the brisket in my wife’s dish.
My reason for the 4 on the service was due to drinks not getting refilled timely and one individual in our group of four not getting his initial drink.
While the noise level was a little loud, the atmosphere was enjoyable.
I will be back to try at least three other dishes I thought looked good.
We visited on a Wednesday around 5:30 PM and did not have to wait for a table.

Service! The brisket, fries, and street corn were some of the best I have ever had. We happened to go on Trivia night (Weds at 630p) and had a blast! Will definitely be a returning customer everything we come down to the beach!

The food and service was amazing. Everything came out at the right temperature. Service staff was friendly and attentive. Nothing was disappointing about the food at all. Hats of to Smoke’s you have my business the next time we are in town.

Very cool spot! Our bartender was amazing, wish I got her name, but probably one of the friendliest servers I’ve had in quite some time. We had the “Down South” egg rolls which were amazing, I love the little peppers it came with. The French dip sandwich was great, the way brisket should be, the fat just melted away and tasted great. The brisket burger had great flavor and the sidewinder fries were exceptional. Wish I live local, I’d be here at least once a week!

Our first visit to this establishment and we were Staying in North Myrtle Beach but my grandson was here a couple weeks He asked us to go back, so we did I can say going in place clean waitresses on spot food came out fast. The problem I had is that we ordered the brisket and looking at really good little bit of fat on it but when I Bit Into it it was kind of dry and didn’t have a lot of taste then we ordered a half rack ribs split between us and that’s where the problem was. The rack was very dry and it had a texture to it that I’ve never experienced before And what really baked the cake is at 3 o’clock that morning. I got sick so it may have been a freak of nature, but again under the circumstances, I won’t be back. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but they may have a problem in the kitchen. I will say that my wife barbecue was real good. My grandson‘s wings were real good. They thoroughly enjoyed that your side. Your baked beans was excellent macaroni cheese not quite sure about that one?

I stopped in on Friday night later in the evening for dinner. We split a sampler plate that had brisket a quarter chicken pulled pork and ribs. Everything was very good. The skin on the chicken was the crisp that I’ve ever had. We got two sides and we’re surprised at their size, they were just huge. After, the two of us ate, there were still enough of each left to fill a pint size container. At the end of the meal, we split two desserts, a apple pie or cobbler with cinnamon ice cream, and a peanut butter pie. Both were fantastic, but honestly, the cinnamon ice cream might’ve been my favorite part.

Service from Lynette was phenomenal. This was my family 1st time here, and we were celebrating ❤️ a family event. She took EXTRA GREAT care of us and explained the menu and all the restaurants’ fan favorites. The food was smoked and cooked with ❤️ love. My family enjoyed the food and service. We shall return. We had a great experience overall and will be back. We were able to try everything that we wanted during their happy hour special. My husband said they also had a great presentation with the food. We arrived before it got busy. The service did die down a bit but they were short a person at least. We enjoyed Brenda as our waitress. Hope we get her in the future. My husband said only thing missing here is hush puppies! We loved the atmosphere and food. We wish OIFC restaurant in Ocean Isle had better service there and specials like this location.

Came here after a recommendation from a friend of a friend. Food was decent. Chicken wings and chicken quarter were the stand out items for sure both full of smoky flavor and crisp. Brisket was rubbery and dry unfortunately decent flavor though. Pulled pork was solid im just not a big fan in general. Sausage was just okay could’ve been warmer. Alabama sauce and the honey bbq sauce were great however the vinegar base was watery and not great at all. Server was very nice and the food came out rather quickly. Price for the food we received was very good and the portions were very generous.
