I recently dined at Smoked, Barn of Peru, and had an outstanding experience! The Jalea was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed a virgin piña colada that was refreshing and delightful. The ambiance was warm, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Delicious meal! It was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the lomo saltado with skirt steak and my husband ordered the skirt steak. My steak was cooked perfectly! The maduros were also so yummy. The only thing is the vibe or atmosphere was a bit outdated but I will always come back for yummy food!

This place is incredible! Very cozy atmosphere, service was 10/10 they don’t have too many tables, so the waitresses pay very good attention to the service. Emilia was very attentive with us! Definitely coming back soon.

To find a restaurant that is dog friendly is 5 stars off the bat for us. We were expecting temporary patio umbrellas and plastic tables ,what a pleasant surprise to see overhead wood beams and transparent acrylic making the outdoor area beautiful, light and airy-even the artificial flowers added to the outdoor ambiance.
Free roasted corn niblets and a green and red sauce arrived before we ordered. The corn was a little too dry for me and the sauces were too spicy for me. But hubby did enjoy the sauces with potatoes.

PASSION FRUIT PISCO SOUR – specific to peru. Delicious.
PULPO ANTICUCHERO*
GRILLED OCTOPUS SEASONED IN PERUVIAN AJI PANCA SAUCE, SERVED WITH PERUVIAN GOLDEN POTATOES)- wasnt the best we’ve had. It was overly salted and not as fresh but the flavors were good. It was a large serving for an appetizer.
FILETE DE PESCADO EN SALSA DE CAMARONES- fried breaded fish (bass) topped with creamy sauce and 5 shrimps. The rice that accompanied this dish was the star- fluffy, salted with a hint of oil. The creamy sauce was amazing too.
Mari was a big help explaining the dishes and her recommendations were spot on. We’re looking forward to returning to Peru again.

This little spot is amazing. I was admittedly unfamiliar with the cuisine and had a lot of questions about the menu, but the server was extremely helpful. Both our cocktails and our meals were delicious. Flavor and spice and everything nice! The atmosphere was nice as well with more modern decor. I will be returning and would definitely recommend it.

Went after work with a group of 12 coworkers. The staff was super helpful with moving tables around to accommodate a group of our size. We ordered close to 7 appetizers and drinks before entrées. Everything came out in a timely maner. All of the food and drinks were amazing and the staff was very attentive throughout the night. Will definitely consider coming back!

I went with a group of friends. We were sat on the back patio, which was fine because it was a nice day. The server spoke English as a second language, so I didn’t feel like my concerns about my allergies were being understood. She did have to take my dish back to redo because it arrived at the table covered in sauce, which she failed to mention when I was ordering. The food was tasty.

I’m a Peruvian and I’m always looking to support my people on our cuisine, but never again am I going back here or ordering from here. My family have been going here for years and it was great food and great atmosphere. So I tried to get my coworkers to try and we ordered food for delivery. When we got the Arroz Chaufa with beef my coworker or should I say my manager found a distinct feature that doesn’t belong on it. We found a bug in the food, naturally we were disgusted and immediately through it out because that is gross to see. STAY AWAY! Do not pass go and do not go there unless you want a nice critter to greet you
