Step back in time to the 1880’s, when you belly up to the bar in the Saloon. From a recreated Bar & Back Bar, that was handcrafted in Italy, to decor that is creates its own little Museum! This is the perfect place to tell stories and… make new memorable stories. For all ages, head upstairs and it gets a lil’ more modern (but not a lot!) Pick up a pool cue for a game of Pool, or try your hand at Throw’n Darts, then take on a Shuffleboard Challenge! Hungry?… we definitely got ya covered! Our Smoke Wagon cooker will be dish’n up some slow cooked Brisket, Chicken, Sausage and more! Complete with some Specialty Sides and One-Of-A-Kind Appetizers! If you come through Kanab and don’t come see Jacob at The Smoke Wagon Saloon, then don’t waste your time coming at all. If you are looking for a throwback museum, with classic Americana, incredible atmosphere and the BEST damn smoked old fashioned I have ever had in my life, make sure you stop by. Don’t even bother with the other overpriced nonsense in town. For your burgers, booze, and conversation fox, be sure you stop by!

Wow… just wow. This place is a hidden gem in the Kanab area. If you want tasty smokehouse pub food this is the place for you. You can tell by the quality of the food they use top notch ingredients. I’ve been a couple of times always ordering something different and have never been disappointed

This place is a hidden gem. Came from out of town and found it online. Gave it a shot. Smokehouse burger was amazing! And Jake really made us feel at home with his amazing service. 10/10 will return!

Best BBQ outside of Texas – no kidding! The brisket and sausage as well as all the sauces were just awesome! And the sides (coleslaw, fries, mac’n’cheese) were supreme. Also the service and the atmosphere were really nice. A gem in the desert – highly recommended!
