An unassuming white truck. No posted menu. 1 man operation. Waited in line about 15 min and were served quickly. His setup is simple but quality! The smell of jerk from the grill will pull you in and the taste definitely delivers! We also had the macaroni and the rice and peas. The macaroni is good. I could skip the rice and peas. Chicken plates are $12. Rib and chicken combo plates are $25. You should definitely visit if you are in the area. It was a short way from our hotel.

Most flavorful chicken and cooks it fresh right there on his smoker. Mac and cheese was so flavorful loved the slight smoky flavor in it! Coleslaw was perfect! Love the sauce he puts on the chicken right before serving. Would definitely get again!

The chickenman is awesome, perfectly grilled/ smoked chicken with rice and potato salad. $12 per plate. Highly recommended. They run out of food early so you have to be there before it’s done.

This food truck is amazing! We had it twice in a row to get the chicken and want to return for the oxtail. Flavors are delicious and love the kick to the spicy chicken. The sides are bomb, especially the coleslaw and potato salad!

My husband was attracted to this truck from the smell alone. He reports it was the best food he had on the island and that the ribs and chicken were smoky and flavorful. I had the macaroni and it was perfectly smoky! Super nice guy running the truck as well.

The chicken was quite delicious, has a nice smoky flavor and the meat feels tender in the middle. The sides were also nice, especially the pasta salad.
