The parking lot was empty so we hesitated to go in. I think we were first at opening. As we did come thru the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. Ordering was easy. Service was friendly. Food came to table fresh in less than five minutes. It looked good and tasted as good as it looked. Clean and friendly atmosphere. The machine that makes shakes competed with the music. It was live music Tuesday but the music wasn’t live when I was there around lunch time. I’d eat there again. Looking forward to trying something else on the menu. Was excited to find the hotdogs are all beef. A nice variety of seasoned salts to choose from for the fries.

Really great food with a lot of choices. You’re really missing something if you don’t give Smoke a try. It is a bit pricey for lunch and there were a ton of flies in the place but I’ll be back.

Smoke was good, but Biscuit Uprising is exactly what Wooster needed; a GOOD breakfast place! Not only do they have amazing and creative creations that cannot be found anywhere else in Wooster, they are open on Sundays. The drive through is a great option as well. Loved my first time, got the bacon and sausage bowl. It was excelent. Also got the blueberry, vanilla glazed biscuit. Which I will devour after writing this. I am a fan.

Fries weren’t quite as good as I’d hoped, but the chips were really good. All of our burgers were delicious. Cake batter milkshake was the most true to it’s name one I’ve ever had. Just like licking the bowl and it came with whipped cream and sprinkles! Monday is half price milkshake day and we got double points. Only real complaint is that it is all hard surfaces inside so there is a lot of background noise even with very few people. Definitely will go back again and try a different burger and milkshake.

Our absolute favorite place to have lunch! Always a super friendly staff! Great prices and delicious food! Kids love the milkshakes & husband loves the beer! Best burgers in town for sure! Also fries are such a boring side its hard to really get them to stand out but smoke the burger joint does just that! The fries there are so good they offer different seasonings never cold or soggy fries!

Best Hamburger joint in the area and it is a very friendly environment. It at times may get slightly loud but the experience of the look/atmosphere is amazing. They are very down to the earth and fun to deal with employees. Also the price is amazing! It costs me the same to go to McDonald’s with my wife and children as is does to eat here which is WAY better for you and much tastier! I strongly suggest for those that can get the mobile app get it!

CLOSED: NOW BISCUIT UPRISING My husband took advantage of their 5 dollar burgers on Wednesdays and gave this place on shot. I got the Dirty Vegas and my husband ordered the Georgia Cobb Salad. My burger had a fried egg and balsamic glazed onions. It was quite yummy, but very messy. My husband was overall pleased with his burger as well. It had hard boiled eggs and bacon on it. We split a large order of fries with Steakhouse seasoning. Our fries were crisp but over salted. Our biggest issue is the regular pricing. Burgers start at 6.50 without fries. We would probably come back on Wednesdays but over all if we decided to splurge on burgers we’d probably go elsewhere. One last thing, they do have Cheerwine on their soda fountain. Do with that what you will!

Burgers are decent, I love the smoke flavor but have been underwhelmed by even their award winners. The fries have been cold or soggy all 3 times I’ve gone but their seasonings are spectacular. The shakes and service are the reason I’ve given it a few chances. A decent place to eat and if you take advantage of their specials, you’ll get a decent value on their food, but it is not a place I would take somebody visiting town to wow them.

Smoke the Burger Joint was an “okay” experience, but I do have high hopes for the franchise. I did appreciate the great customer service. They were very friendly and awesome to interact with. The place did seem on the dirty side, especially with the more open kitchen as you order. The place looked okay to sit in, but my wife and I got it ToGo. Prices were reasonable and I did like the options of burgers. I’d like to see a better ToGo bag for the food so nothing would fall out so easy. I’m not sure I’d eat at this specific location again, but I’d try this restaurant out again to get a better feel. Three stars because it was pretty good food, pretty good service, nothing special to bring me back again and again.
