The original foodies, Brandon Cahill and his father Mike, opened their first of two Smoke Shack BBQ food trucks in 2017. As lovers of all things barbecue, the father-son duo was inspired by Nana Jennette Cantone’s homemade barbecue sauce recipe to continue their business venture and expand into the Cahill franchise. While it may seem easy at first, running a restaurant from inside a truck has its challenges — but they never let that stop them.

Horrible experience, food didn’t taste good, cheap attitude when I had to ask for napkins, forks, misleading menu 2 for $20 I chose pulled chicken and brisket meal, I was expecting two additional meals, but was served a little thin slice of something dark on the same plate with a spoon full of pulled chicken , wouldn’t give my french fries that came with these nasty half slab of ribs, there was confirmation was in my online order, the cashier goes we discontinued the fries and never updated the online menu, all I did was shook my head and now stuck with $70 worth of overpriced under quality and quantity food, I’m very sad them generic make believe mozzarella sticks made my daughter sick on the stomach, never again…………

Bad was wet with grease and the manager was screaming at someone in the bag. Fries were ok but the potato chips were so greasy and foul I wanted to vomit. The rib platter was sticky and I could barely digest it. Had terrible digestive issues after. Would never eat there again. 0 stars

The best meal I’ve had in a while. I had the brisket sandwich and when I thought it couldn’t get any better I tried the macaroni salad- and I was full, but I tried the homemade chips and had to eat them all. This was a great meal. Perfect for takeout.

Female staff member behind the counter was not friendly and came off with an attitude. The food was NOT good. Although the baked potato was ok, the cheeseburger was bland with a stale bun, the French fries were soggy, the ribs were tough and had a weird taste that made my stomach upset an hour later. The beans tasted like they came out of a can. I ordered a platter, but each item came on separate plates, why call it a platter? I wouldn’t recommend this place. This place won’t last unfortunately, an empty BBQ restaurant is a sign that the food is not good.
