Stopped here on our way back home out of Wisconsin and so glad we did. The service was great, the staff had smiles and were friendly. Our server Danielle was amazing and took great care of us. The food was all amazing flavors. The coleslaw and Mac were extremely rich and portions were just right .The rang of bbq sauces that were presented were all very tasteful. Sat on the patio and the whole vibe was just right. The strawberry lemonade was so bomb it had fresh muddled strawberries. Definitely recommend !

Had the Brisket, baked beans and coleslaw. Meat was extremely tender – the best I have had ever. My husband had chicken wings and sweet potatoe fries – also great. Will be back next year! Waiter was so nice and friendly. Loved the outdoor seating.

We stopped in here before a Foo Fighter show. My family absolutely loves BBQ. From the ambiance, to the service, to the drinks, to the food. They knocked it all out of the park. When we walked in the hostess was super friendly and got us sat quickly after having to help clean the table for our server. Our server was also super friendly and helpful. The bourbon list at this place is also legit! I went with a local beer and my wife went with the old fashioned on the menu. Both were great. Her old fashioned was a little sweet for me but it literally says brown butter washed bourbon and smoke orange juice so I knew what she was getting into. She loved it. She ordered the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. The sandwiches were good. They have a great selection of sauces on the table as well. But what blew us both away was our sides! And my son agreed! He’s a Mac and cheese aficionado! It was probably the best mac and cheese and potato salad we have ever had. AND I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE FOOD!

Stoped in for lunch today. The food was very good, I’d recommend stopping. Loved the atmosphere, we sat outside at lunch. No bugs, light breeze, and in the shade, 75 degrees. Doesn’t get much better than this in Milwaukee.

Cute place in Milwaukee for some BBQ. They have a nice patio outside. We got the BBQ pulled pork, BBQ pulled chicken, brisket, mac n cheese, sweet potato fries, and Kansas City egg rolls. Yum!

The food was a bomb of flavor and deliciousness! Even without the sauce, the meats were so good. We had the combo platter, Chipotle creamed corn, four cheese mac, and pecan pie. My personal favorites were the brisket and creamed corn. We got ribs as well but they were a little dry. The place also looked great in its rustic glory. A nice patio seating is available if you’d like but we sat inside and it was cozy. Service was pretty slow though, but I hope it’s better next time. Would definitely recommend!

The Pig Mac sandwich and mac and cheese was very good. The meat was tender and had good flavor on its own. There were also 5 choices of barbecue sauce on the table that were all very good and added to the experience! The mac and cheese was the perfect combo of creamy and peppery. Overall, a good atmosphere with great food!

First time at smoke shack. Great outdoor seating; Each table has a fire pit. Our server was very attentive and fast with service. I wish the food would’ve been warmer and more seasoned but overall it’s a great restaurant.
