We had a large group arriving after a long day of travel and wanted plenty of food ready. I called the day before to order 8 lbs of brisket. Though they were closed the next day, they offered to start smoking the brisket that night, so it would be ready by the following afternoon. The next day, they met us at the truck despite being closed. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had—tender, juicy, and flavorful, melting in your mouth. 10/10!

Went by once to check hours of operation. Made a special trip to Angel Fire when they said they were open. They were closed. If they don’t care enough to post hours of operation and actually be open during those hours, they evidently don’t need my money and they will not get it, ever.

Let me tell you something about Smoke Rings BBQ… These guys know how to BBQ!
The pulled pork is lean but not dry.
The chopped brisket is well balanced and flavorful.
The burnt ends are SO good! Nicely caramelized and sticky. Sweet but not syrupy.
The chopped brisket stuffed jalapeno poppers are NEXT LEVEL. Especially when dipped in the freshly made ranch dressing.
The cole slaw is slightly sweet and juicy.
The potato salad and cinnamon apples reminded my wife of her grandmother’s.
This is a food stop MUST in Angel Fire.
Some of the items are pre-order only so get your order in early… You won’t regret it!

I am from DFW Texas area and have easily eaten at 50+ very good bbq places. With that being said, this bbq quite possibly was the BEST that I have ever had. My favorite ribs ever, but the rest was top tier as well. Definitely stop by if you are in town.
