Went on a Saturday night & had their BBQ. Had the brisket & ribs with baby seasoned potatoes & coleslaw. They had about 4 or 5 meats you could choose from & several sides. Delicious & generous! I was pleasantly surprised & impressed.
Hole-in-the-wall in Ringsted IA. Good food, bar, friendly service & atmosphere. Reasonably priced. I ordered the hand-tossed Over-Haul pizza. Delicious & generous toppings.

First time eating here this past weekend. Love the atmosphere and the staff. The food was amazing! They have such a diverse and unique menu. We all enjoyed our visit. One of my favorite things was the cook came out and asked us how we liked the food and if he could do anything else for us. Little things like that are so wonderful! We will 100% be back and will be telling everyone we know to go check it out. Can’t wait to stop again.

It’s a jem in the tiny town and the owner is present and makes great pulled pork and brisket. We had a couple of the bowls that had meat on top of tots and the other on Mac n Cheese and it was all obviously from scratch. So yummy!

AWESOME BBQ!!! We were there on a Saturday night, we had the ribs and the pulled pork !! WONDERFUL. Staff was great! Service was great! Highly Recommend! IF you need wheelchair access – they have a backdoor that you can use!!!! (small town building has steps in the front – but easy to use and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED) Go check them out!! Definitely worth the drive!

I’ve had many good experiences and good food. I like the variety they offer and they really do listen to your opinions and suggestions, if it’s reasonable. They recently raised money for an officer who was killed in the line of duty and they didn’t think twice about themselves and wanted to help the family. Job well done!
