First time getting food from here. The food was ok and the fellas working were nice enough. I had to wait 50 minutes for a ribeye sub. From overhearing employee frustration in the kitchen and one of the locals. Its an issue with the oven that the owner is aware of and has not fixed.. Causing the food to take forever to cook.

One of the worst pizza experiences of my life. Ordered 2 mediums an a sub wait 30 min after my order was placed to show up a them say if we forgot ur sub a the pizzas arnt even done yet. So waited an extra 20min a wasn’t even offered anything for waiting. Atleast dominos offers something free after waiting not even 5min later then u should.

This place has poor service and has bad costumer service i order a pizza asked for extra pepperoni they charged me for it and didn’t have extra pepperoni i called to the store and I was told that they can only put so many pepperonis on a pizza i absolutely love smitty’s pizza but the store in lowell has absolutely poor service all they way around.

We just spent a whole day traveling with 3 teenagers. Finally get home and try to order a small quick pizza to split between the 2 of us. Nothing fancy, just a small cheese pizza. Get home, get to finally sit down to eat and as soon as we open the box there is a long hair all the way acrossed the pizza. Now it’s 20 minutes until close and of course you won’t answer. You never answer after 8 even though it’s supposed to close at 9. This isn’t the first time we couldn’t eat the food. Do better!
